That's pretty BAD service when they make you schedule an appointment to "repair" your iPhone as an authorized repair station, then when you get there and need a common repair part for a common phone, they have to order it and it will take a week to get it.
I guess that's how they leverage new phone sales... well, I'm not buying it.
