Just went in and brought rolls of change (perfectly wrapped) because we used to have a business account with PNC and recently closed it because of the fees they kept charging. I brought in my rolls (roughly $62) to exchange for bills. The girl and guy working both talked to me in a "customer friendly" tone but wasn't helpful at all. They said their "max" to exchange was $25. I asked them a basic question of: "What stops me from going to another PNC down the road to get $25 more? Or if my spouse walks in to this location, how would you know?" They looked as if they never thought about that in their lives and shrugged their shoulders and dug their heels in even more. It is a dumb rule if it is one, and doesn't make any sense at all. I can see why PNC is not doing well and glad I am no longer one of their customers.

One of the banker today in bryant irving location friday jul14 who happen to be by herself ( one teller at the counter ) is the most unprofessional banker ive meet in PNC unfriendly and very rude. We expect a banker that welcomes all costumer in the bank and more professional this one in bryant irving is racist’s. Go somewhere else other location.

Today I sat in the drive thru for 30 min the bank is always empty and the tellers always take there time even when you go inside they have poor customer service this location need to shut down

My review isn't specifically for this branch, but for PNC overall. I used to be a customer at BBVA and without notice, PNC took over my account. I wasn't able to access my accounts online and when I went into a branch, it took hours to get the issue resolved. Now I'm on hold (it's been over an hour) just to get my statements from my BBVA account. I'm just so frustrated with the way PNC has taken over BBVA and can't wait to find another bank to work with.

I pay my mortgage here often. There's never a line when I come in and the staff is quick and friend each time.
