We had such a great experience! The entire staff was so friendly and sweet, even the ones who were busy stocking or doing other closing tasks. Ness in particular was super sweet and so bubbly, they kept checking in on us and trying to help us search for scents we might like ??

Where do I begin explaining why this is my favorite Bath and Body Works location. I can definitely start with Ivy and the welcoming customer service that I receive as soon as I open the door. She comes with B&BW magic I can take her a perfume and she will match a lotion and body spray. Very knowledgeable when it comes to scents. Outstanding memory with her inventory. It’s always an enjoyable experience shopping here with Ivy.

Love this location hands down! A friend and I drive 30 minutes just to come to this location. They take time to tell you about special and such but I've witnessed employees walk elderly to their car that were alone. That is truly going above and beyond.

Didn’t want to be too harsh with this review as this is my preferred location, but I’d appreciate a little bit more attentiveness to the checkout lines, specifically when the store is jam packed with customers on sale days. There simply shouldn’t be 3+ people at the entrance greeting customers with only 1 person checking customers out having to contend with a line that is 10+ people deep. C’mon… get it together.

I just love bath and body, they have the most variety of body spray, lotion, and body wash that it makes you feel like your on a cloud,and you smell so good and refresh.

I don’t even know what the people look like that works here. I was not greeted which every BBW I have gone to are very helpful and great customer service. I will stay with the one on Hulen.

Always a great place to look for the wife's favorite scents with lotion and creams. She loves the cucumber, tho I didn't see it in this particular store. On this visit, it seems all the rains we have been having created a small flood at the front of the store, they had a lot of fans blowing the air around up front. There were two employees standing there the entire time we were there. One greeted us, after they went back to talking amongst themselves. The floors weren't wet, that was good. They did have the pumps in stock, which my wife loves to put on her lotion bottles. One addition I'd not seen in any others is the candle section int he back. The entire back part of the store by the register is all a different candle and scent brand. Prices on them were pretty steep, compared to Yankee Candle especially. Experience was ok, we had to find someone to run the register, no one was back in that area. We were excited that there is one of these stores close to us now.
