Every time I walk into Bath and Body Works, it's like stepping into a magical scent vortex that knocks me out with joy! The fragrances are so intoxicating, I black out in bliss every single time. The staff is so friendly and the customer service is top-notch, they even revive me with more scents after I come to! 10/10 would recommend for a fragrant knockout experience!

Late Review( 3 Weeks Ago) I'm only here to pick up my Semi Annual Sale items nothing else! As soon as I stepped in a Gentleman greeted me and, was willing to assist me. When I stated "I'm here to pick up my order". The gentleman tells where to go. As I'm about to make my way to the counter I hear him say "Well why not pick up some candles they're part sale". He says "Pull out your husband's credit card he won't know about it. You know how to hide it"? When I tell you he's an Excellent Salesman with Awesome Customer Service Skills. I refuse to talk about the extra purchases. I was sold to the candles yall? He helped me pick out some wonderful smelling candles. I really enjoyed all the laughs until I left. He told me "Now come back before we close". I dont trust myself returning and, if I see him I'm as good as gone? Major Kudos to Bath&Body Works on University Awesome & Excellent Staff Members.

On a warm summer day, with their doors thrown open, you walk by, yet you can not help but turn around and enter this fragrant haven of pleasant aromas! Love the location with lots of parking, nearby restaurants and shops. It is so easy to pop in for a new set of plug-in room fresheners or a quad of foaming hand soaps in all new smells. We always visit for the latest hand sanitizers and fine mist sprays of perfume. Perfect place for gifts to a loved one, including yourself!

Truthfully the only products that I buy from Bath & Body Works are “wallflowers” for my apartment. Today I was greeted by Ray Dawn at this location and she was very attentive and helpful. Ray Dawn informed me of all the areas I could find what I was looking for and explained to me the available discounts on them. She also wasn’t “pushy” in regard to upselling me or trying to convince me to buy more products. I really appreciate that! This store is always very clean too.

Had the pleasure of going to this Bath and Body Works on Wednesday. There is a man there by the name of Mark Jacob's. He made the day of several and I imagine he does this on the regular. He was sweet and kind and lovely. He made everyone smile and was full of happiness. Please give this man a raise. People like him are rare and very special. The world needs more people like him. Everyone was very polite and kind but Mark not only made us smile he kept us smiling long after we left. Thank you!

I go to this location on a regular basis. The staff is always friendly, the location is always clean and well stocked. There's a lovely young cashier with a face full of piercings and covered in tattoos, but she is as sweet as the day is long and provides great customer service. There's also an older couple that's there... Not sure if they are owners or not but they are fantastic! Interact with the customers and make sure the place is ship shape. This is my home away from home. LOL We are hooked on the wallflowers and candles too. I buy so much there but I'll just post a couple random pictures from the past year.

Staff were very hospitable and accommodating. I accidentally picked shower gel instead of body cream (same bottle shapes!), and I had picked up large quantities. The lady did not hesitate to start all over again...without me even asking her. She was very cheerful with it too!... I guess they're used to this common mistake by customers!Also accommodated my coupon that I had a misunderstanding.Only thing I wished was that they one of the body care items I had wanted to purchase but I understand/understood it's a very high demand product so sells out pretty quick!
