I recently had Bass Printing & Consulting Company LLC make some ball caps, polo shirts and T-shirts for my garage door company. I am very satisfied with the embroidery work on my new ball caps and polo shirts, I will definitely be using this company in the future for all my gear and apparel.
I have used other companies in the past and waited months to get my product, I was surprised when Mr. Warner called me a week after approving the work to tell me that my hats and shirts were ready for pick up.
Great company to work with! Highly recommended!

Do not waste your time working with this company!!! Horrible customer service. I've been waiting 3 days on a quote and every time I call, Clayton, is confused and claims to be waiting on the boss to provide the numbers. I've called multiple times and the company never has a quote, but using the excuse of them being "swamped." Bad business. I would rather have China vendors print my products than this company. Don't go here!!
