There ATM has been down so many times in the last couple of months, and it seems like they aren’t doing anything to fix it, there hours also keep changing so i never have time to go do what i need to do. This is the closest atm for me and the next closest one is in downtown fortworth.

I/we visit my branches BOK occasionally for various purposes. I become a Bank of Texas customer since about three years 2020 the time entire county’s all institution’s door was shut off due to pandemic. I moved from New Jersey to Texas very difficult time need money transfer from NJ Bank. Here in Texas opening new Bank account was very necessary. Despite of many appointments with several banks nobody gave me access to enter the facility.Ms. DeLynn Miller, VP Branch Manager, 500 Grapevine Hwy, Hurst, TX 76054. At the time, I would say this is the lady came in front of me as angel from God. I N my family out side lobby standing watch around Ms. DeLynn steps out from inside opened door just two-inch offer help if I need N allowed to get in seated. After all our interaction N knowing all info from me, she opened my banking access as a customer. Today I have a checking, saving N CD recent account with your bank over 200K.I am writing this note to appreciate BOK higher management and their frontline wonderful team for their selection right person in right place N services. I had recently visited my BOK branch to transfer all my deposits amount into the bigger bank like JPMorgan, Bank of America, Wells Fargo etc. due to overall entire economic, financial & Banking corruption, manipulation N abusive strategies everywhere since long. I was their regular N loan customer earlier.Visiting my branch BOK, the experience was phenomenal N admirable. Darla Needham, personal banker, I was assisted at every step of the process with perfection and kindness, respects, skills N convincing. At that time, I asked her many of complex questions associated with my account. I found her very skills, knowledgeable n able to deliver. ‘Darla Needham’ explained n show to me all the matter n current banking crisis step by step. I followed the procedure n tried to understand ensure my money is secure. Because I’m retired person these R retired saving for emergencies.They’re valuable. And that value comes in a part of institutional principles N their excellence, integrity, professional skills, empathy, sympathy N dedication. “DeLynn Miller” N “Darla Needham” all team symbol N model of full range of care. And brilliant icon who recognizes their assignment N responsibilities to exercise when it needs consistently N unconditionally. There are caring N helping memories that kept me/us grateful.I do believe, there is nothing genuine blessings, gift N achievement in life when professional like U N team brilliantly evaluates, respects and care in consideration to become as their family, the way they are. The excellence of their professionalism, courage, efforts N welcoming me all in combined that kept me grateful. These all are really admirable and unforgettable. I have account from last more than 9 hrs but never had any problems but recently from last 3 months or so having worst customer service and takes 30 To 35 mins for deposit money or giving out change. I understand everyone are short staff but they are just slow and takes forever.

This location is the best. Everyone there is nice and greets us everytime. Nick C. is our favorite banker! He has assisted us many times over the phone or in person and I love how he always acknowledges our children. He is an absolute gem! Never let him go! :)

There has been a few times that I have spoken with Delynn Miller. And every time I am given to her I am given the worst customer service. Today I called and had a question about one of my expired cards not showing up in the mail. Whenever my cards have been expired they show up automatically. I have been with this bank for almost 15 years, actually longer than that. I called today and Miss Miller answered the phone and I told her I needed help with figuring out where my new card was. She said Hold on and transferred me to an express bank. This has a 25 minute hold. So I called back the bank to ask them about my card another young lady helped me and told me that it was returned back to them. Bank Of Texas not let me know that I had a card that was returned to them. The card was mailed out in August it is now mid September. I asked if I could have someone help me change my address, which I have done plenty of times before over the phone with one of the branches. My phone screen is cracked and it is impossible to do things on the online mobile banking app. She spent 10 minutes of my time explaining that there was no possible way she was going to have any resources to change my address for me. Her reasoning was because they only had two people in the branch. And the reason they send people to Xpress bank is so they can service the customers that are inside the branch. I understand that if you’re busy but there was only one person so her other response was I can’t help you just in case someone walks in and this is at 12 o’clock. Please tell me why a bank manager Feels that her time of rebuttal for 10 minutes was efficient. It also serves no purpose for client retention. Now I know why everyone prefers frost

No Saturday service, carry prohibited and no security guard. Unfortunately these factors mean I will have to do business elsewhere.On a positive note, they do have safety deposit boxes and you can call this location directly and quickly speak with someone at this branch instead of going through an extensive phone menu before reaching a off-site representative.
