I recommend avoiding Bank of America in general, and this location is particularly awful. If you want to get any service within a month go elsewhere!

I'm here, and they don't let me use the restroom for my baby. Then I left the building, and when I returned, the lady told me I needed to wait more time cause they called me when I'm not here, ridiculous place, I hate them I can do the changes by phone but they don't accept it, please be better bank of America, or I really go to change my money and business account to other place.

Lost my DL and was told a military ID was not a valid form of identification. Good to know Bank of America doesn't support our troops

Customer service was horrible older Lady name Laura sitting at Front entrance desk is so unprofessional + rude she acts like she's helping people for free and that's totally not the case.. She's getting pay to give the customers a great customer service not to sit there and be rude as she was to us for the pass 3 Days I've been in there with my Dad, We Ask her a few questions and her response sounded so rude so unprofessional. Put her a do another job if her passion isn't dealing with customers bad experience..

The security guard is rude. I asked him how long the wait was to get inside the bank since they make customers stand outside and wait. He rudely replied, "As long as the line is." I asked again if he could provide an estimated wait time because the line provides no details about wait times. Once again he told me to look at the line and that's how long the wait would be. Bank of America you all need to do better. Customers should not have to wait outside in order to get into the bank. You all need to hire better security because Old Mr. Otis was rude. I left and went to another location. Customers didn't have to wait outside. There was no rude security guard. The service I received was excellent.

Terrible customer service! Make you wait while they do nothing! You can really tell they don't care about their customers! It seems like BOA is changing there business model to "make the customer wait as long as you want"! This is not the only location that does this!

Wondering about the bad reviews here or maybe they cause the service improvement. But i had excellent experience going there. Easy and knowledgeable. Ashly was awesome. i never had that good banking experience anywhere else.

I have nothing to say about Bank of America as a company; I have been a customer for 15 years and it has always been good service, but today my review goes to this branch
specifically the one in fort worth texas in front of the grand plaza... I think their cashiers should be better prepared to provide good service, today I went for coins and they didn't want to change me because I need a business account if that is something that I do very often and until now they had not asked me for that... sad situation...
