This Branch charged me $8 to cash a $50 check that was drawn on their Bank. They charged me $8 to cash THEIR own CHECK. The worst part about it was that $50 was all I had to my name, for the foreseeable future. It is heartless, callous, and greedy of Bank of America. The cashier couldn't even be bothered to express empathy. Never again Bank of America. Never again.

This place is a joke of a branch. The customer service rep told me to come into this branch for my business checking needs and they would be able to help. Not the case waited in line for 30min to the clerk to said we can't do that. 2nd time for this to happen in this branch. BofA you need to do better training your employees. Please

I wouldn't recommend this place if it was the last thing I did. I have been a client of BOA for 30+ years and have several investments within the bank. I attempted to get a loan to build an addition to my property and it was the worst experience of my life. Not only was a told 10 more days or 1-3 more weeks or 6 weeks SEVERAL times over MONTHS, but I also had to submit the SAME documents THREE times. No joke, (3) times. Finally, after months of waiting Jessica (who mind you there must be 5 different \\\"Jessicas\\\"), called to tell me a decision had been made, but she couldn't tell me what it was and I'd just get a letter in the mail 7-10 days later. Then I noticed my application had been closed. So I called the number to find out what was going on. The man I spoke with should not have a job anywhere. He was extremely rude and I found out that they STILL did not have the correct income. He gave me one reason that it got denied, he claimed our current residence only appraised for a certain amount, which no one ever even came out to our house, so how would they even have a clue? And I know for a fact our home appraises for 100k over what they said because we paid for it to be done not long before I started this process. Then he said that wasn't it, it was for another reason, then after I questioned that, he gave me yet ANOTHER excuse. When questioned about that he could not give us an answer and tried to say he'd call back tomorrow and eventually just hung up after asking several times what that had to do with getting the loan. He was just fishing for reasons at this point. Honestly, if it were me, I'd pull all your accounts folks. I'd pull everything you have from this bank and go somewhere else. It doesn't matter how long you've been with them you're just another number and they don't care. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

I like this location the most, It's never as dreadfully busy as other branches. I'm not sure what these other reviewers are talking about as far as staff problems. I've been coming here 2-3 times a month for over a year and I have never had any issue whatsoever. I'm typically in and out before my parking meter can chew up 50¢.

They owe me $88. Can't get them to refund it. Told me they would take care of it and call me. They never did. Waited. No check. Went in again. Chase said, "I'll take ownership of this and fix it." Then Amanda jumped in taking "ownership". Still no check. 22 days (15 business days) and they still have my money. Chase pulled attitude. Even someone on their facebook contact pulled attitude (see pic). Have gone all the way up to corporate and still no $88. Interesting thing. One of the many phone calls we made, and held for ever, we were told we had to go in to the branch. Yet the branch can't get a cashier's check on the spot or pull the money out of the drawer. I don't have a finance degree but I'm pretty sure I could have solved this customer issue before this. I'm honestly thinking of going to small claims now. I know it will cost more time and effort on my part but at least I'll have some satisfaction.
