Left my dogs, had my brother pick them up. I called to get them all tested and 3 packs of flea medication, one six month pack for each. he came home with none and was charged for one box. 184.99 for nothing. I’m hoping they just were busy and forgot to give it to my brother.I’ll let you know how this resolves tomorrow, but as of right now watch what they charge you for what you receive.They fixed it all no hassle this morning, it was just left behind for the pill box. The no hassle to fix was amazing

I came in really nervous bc I didn’t know what was wrong with my cat! Something super simple but they got her up to date on her vaccines and everything ! If you go online you can get a coupon that makes your first visit free!!

I dont recommend this place .. i take my 2 cat to help them fight the flea .. but they They picked up some kind of germ they became sick and lose there wight and i all ready paid 400$ and when i called them again hey my cats are sick after i take them from ur hospital they want from me to pay more .. they want my money don't care to animals life .. shame on u

Placed on hold they didn’t check if it was an emergency or anything, very rude. I was on hold for over 20 minutes. I worked at banfield for 5 years that’s definitely against corporate policy

First visit and I was quite impressed with the staff. They answered all questions and gave great info about services. Though I have a great vet I would consider Banfield for other services.

I have a French Bulldog who was experiencing some health problems. Unfortunately, his old vet wasn’t taking me serious and kept saying that my baby had a “cough/cold” and didn’t perform x rays on him, which I requested. Our old vet misdiagnosed my baby and that’s when I decided to bring my dog here for a second opinion. I am so thankful I trusted my gut & got a second opinion! We were able to get answers as to what’s going on with my baby and get him on medication for his heart murmur & enlarged heart. I signed up for one of their wellness plans and it has saved me so much money. I truly feel like this place is our saving grace and I am so thankful for everything they’ve done for my sweet boy. From the wonderful staff, affordable care and overall just love for their patients, I feel like we hit the jack pot having them as our vet. Highly recommend! We won’t go anywhere else.

Absolutely horrible customer service by shift lead ms Jaylen (not sure about name spelling). She was not actively listening at all, interrupted several times while I was asking a question, very aggressive with her tone, hung up a phone when asked for her name and had dignity to justify that as normal when I called back plus adding her own story of what I didn’t say! I can’t even imagine how she would treat my sweet dog in back room while I am sent home- pretty scary thought.I spoke to Trinity and then Juan who said he will address this issue to Collin (their supervisor) and to expect call back today.I am sure their staff is big and you might not encounter ms Jaylen but be careful if you do since it is a drop off and she will be around your pet for 2-4 hr !
