As others have mentioned, sales associate was rude, pushy, pretentious and extremely unpleasant to deal with. Terrible experience from start to finish. Wouldn’t recommend Bachendorf’s.

I had many questions about having my Omega serviced, and Matthew went above and beyond to explain all of the options I had available to me, and walked me through the entire process. Communication was excellent after I left the store, he quickly followed up and kept me updated every step of the way. It is rare to find customer service of this caliber, and I certainly appreciate it. - A big "thank you" to Matthew!

This store is as good as you can get on customer service. They invest their time and energy on every customer. If you need anything please call Matthew and he will treat you like gold. Everyone here, including the GM, will make you feel special and important. Amazing….

This a beautiful store with great products, but has an absolutely degrading staff and GM. I’ve never been degraded like I was trying to make an upgraded marriage ring purchase for my wife like I was with Wayne and his manager. I’m not a review person but I will never walk into this place again. Best wishes to their future endeavors

Got very good service on picking an earing piece. Went there Saturday a little crowed . You know their customers love this place ! I would book appointments before going and check their website to see designers offered ! Really excited to see mikomoto pearls and a lot of choices ! Dont need to go all the way to japan to get them !

That's when I decided to check out Bachendorfs and this great salesman Matthew who happens to be an expert in the field of jewelry was incredibly helpful! He explained the different types of tennis bracelets available in the market and their unique features. He listened carefully to my preferences and helped me find a bracelet that perfectly fit my style and personality. I was blown away by his expertise and dedication to helping me find the perfect accessory. He even offered to clean my jewelry!He is my go to now!!

Not sure what happened to this location but have been here multiple times previously to drop off my jewelry (some that was purchased there, others from Neimans but its never been a problem before) for polishing but they are no longer doing that free of charge. The cleanings offered are in store and do nothing. I verbally told him the ring was not clean at all and he basically just shrugged and said “i steamed it..so ?” I drove in to drop my jewelry off like I always do, wish they had consistency across employees
