My wife and I have dropped in many times and have always had wonderful service from a great seasonal selection, complete with full service gift wrap. It’s been our go-to for baby shower and birthday gifts for years.

This store has a beautiful selection of baby items, it is a great place to shop if you are looking for a special baby shower gift, or just looking to get something for one of your own kiddos. The customer service is usually pretty friendly, but can be a bit dismissive at times. Overall this is a great store to find something really special for the babies and kiddos in your life.

Such an adorable baby store! Great inventory for those precious moments. They have an incredible inventory of holiday smocking if you are looking for fancy photo worthy baby outfits. I got some adorable little toddler shoes, stocking and socks with a classic white sweater that is being monogrammed. They have tons of Jellycat stuffed animals so be prepared to want everything! Price point is on the high side since their products are higher quality. Only downside is their hours are limited so if you are working, plan ahead for a lunch or Saturday. Great service and hope to be back soon!

Cute clothes, terrible service. We are from out of town and my baby girl has been in the hospital for over a month. She was finally able to wear clothes again after coming off of the ventilator and I went to grab some cute, boutique clothes since most of ours are at home. The woman working could not have been ruder…she asked what I was in for & I told her, excitedly and she rolled her eyes and said “mk..what size?” She was having the time of her life with another customer while making me feel totally unimportant. I grabbed what I needed and got the heck out of there…will never go back. Can’t believe people shop there with the lack of customer service and compassion. Normally, I wouldn’t have purchased a thing, but they have the snap over the shoulder bubbles and my baby girl had picc lines.

Upscale store with very beautiful child clothes. I gave a three start was mainly because I received a differential treatment. I bought 2 4-yr-old tops, one pair of short pants, and one pair of long pants. As I was approaching the checkout counter, the lady was finishing up the gift wrap with a previous customer. I saw gift tissue paper wrapped clothes and a nice bow attached to the bag handle (the kind of services you would expect at this type of store). Then, I put down my clothes and said "I am ready." I received a silence treatment, which was fine, and I thought maybe she just focused on the gift wrapping. Then, after she clipped the ribbon for the previous customer and turned to me/my clothes, she took over the clothes and started scanning without saying anything, not even pleasantries (which was disappointing and very awkward in a not-big yet quiet store). Then, I paid with my credit card, she did not ask if gift wrapping was needed (maybe assuming the clothes were on a discount?), not mention a cute bow. She just put all four clothes (kind of bulky) in a small bag and, done! The entire experience was awkward, disappointing, and even a little offended.

The salesperson who helped me was phenomenal. If you go there, ask for Terri. I was shopping for a baptismal dress, and they had a limited selection due to covid curtailing baptisms. Nonetheless, what they had was stunning. I highly recommend this shop for a specialized experience.

I really want to love this boutique, but the poor service and lack of attention to clientele keeps me from rating this store 5 stars. The 3 stars are for the selection they offer which is great. I've gone twice since moving to the area and spent more than $150 both times. Customer service is NON EXISTENT. Both times I was not greeted although the store was basically empty. Only after another customer walked in AFTER me and they were greeted first I was then asked "how are you doing today?" I'm better off shopping online...

I love this shop! I live in Michigan but love to visit Babies on the Boulevard when we come to Fort Worth to visit our grandchildren. The owner and her team are also helpful over the phone. The lines of clothing they carry are special. With so many great choices, it's difficult to decide what purchases to make!

So my son was born in 2017 and my niece is being born this year and so I purchased these super cute backpacks for them. I use my sons backpack as a diaper bag and the backpack washes very well, very easy to get stains out of. My mom loves shopping her as well and I highly recommend this place to friends and family :)
