I have to give a big shout out to Colton. He saved me a lot of headache and money. I brought by car because I was having issues starting it even on a new battery. They tested the alternator and starter and everything came back fine. My car wouldn’t start when I was trying to leave. They came out and tried to help me jump it. After a while Colton found that it ended up being a bad terminal connection. And got it fixed for me. I have had no issues with it starting since. I really appreciate them for going above and beyond to find the issue.

AutoZone has always been helpful but today takes the cake! Went in to purchase a weird size
socket for changing out a head light and Manny ended up changing it out for us. Super helpful, friendly, and amazing customer service!

Absolutely amazing customer service from Paula the Store Manager. She was Incredibly patient, kind, and helpful which is exactly what someone with car trouble needs. She helped diagnose my issue and pointed me in the right direction to fixing it. She dedicated her time to make sure I felt comfortable and understood what was happening throughout the process. On top of her stellar customer service was her overall performance and technical knowledge.
Thank you Paula for setting the example for your store and allowing my neighborhood AutoZone to be a welcoming and educational environment.

My vehicle's battery quickly started dying at the McDonald's drive thru to the point I could barely turn the wheel. I was just able to pull it into a parking spot before it completely died. I called Autozone to see if they could help, and without hesitation, Aubrey said she would send someone over. Steve came out used the charger and got it running, but the wheel was still too tough to turn. Eventually, we had to put the vehicle on neutral while He pushed it to the store. That was way over above and beyond customer service! At the store I was able to purchase a new battery, and Paula installed it quickly and efficiently. She was very knowledgeable about these batteries. What a team! They all deserve a raise!! It is so nice to see that people are still super friendly and helpful out here. I truly appreciate all of their assistance. They were my angels. Bless them! ?⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I stopped in for a new battery. Sales associate went over all the options for my car and helped me choose a good battery. I didn’t realize she would help install the battery as well! Very pleased and will be back to this location.

Went in on 2/19 because I was having battery issues and I wanted to get a portable battery so this was one of those 2 birds with 1 stone type of deals. Attached the portable to the battery but there was a lot of looseness so the battery was still problematic and the new portable battery didn't work. So I go back in to see about my battery and get a refund on the portable one, and they took care of it without making it into a headache. Great customer service, looked me in the eye and I felt respected. You head to some of those auto shops in Downtown Roanoke I can tell you from experience they don't make certain people feel as welcome. Thank you for a very positive experience. This will be my main stop for all my auto needs! Shout out to Bobbie and Sam! Couldn't get the female workers name but she has always been awesome when I have bought from her before!

Needed two headlight bulbs and a taillight bulb for a Toyota Sienna. A guy named Prem helped me. This guy went way above and beyond my expectations. Came outside to my vehicle, helped me remove the plastic trim inside on the hatch to confirm the type of taillight bulb I needed. Went back inside and he quickly helped me find the taillight bulb and headlight bulbs I needed.Then he offered to replace all the bulbs for me as a courtesy and took care of it in 5 minutes. VERY knowledgeable, attentive and friendly even though it was busy with other customers. Never had this kind of experience at an Auto Zone. Will only be coming back here. Put this guy Prem in the management training program.
