Joe A all the way! He took an extra few minutes to check my other break light and realized the right one was about to die too! He showed me what I need for both lights and suggested then double checked that everything was working before I drove away! Excellent customer service!! Thanks, Joe!!

Joe A was absolutely excellent on this trip! He changed my battery in less than 15 minutes in the middle of a hot July day. He did an excellent job and even went the extra mile to double check that my alternator was working well and everything was running OK. Nikki also helped me when I first walked in to find the right battery and get joe who she knew would do a great job on changing my battery out.

The nice lady whose name I unfortunately can’t remember was very kind through the process of utilizing the battery warrant and getting a drive belt for my vehicle. Additionally Mohammed, was very helpful and gave us a straight forward explanation of our alternator needing replacement. Very nice gentleman and lady.

Had an alternator that we bought and lasted 9-10 months before it lost one of the legs on the rectifier and all the electronics started pulsing, lights, power steering etc.
brought it up and had them test it only for it to check out totally fine on everything but won’t give critical information like total amperage output which would have proven its a leg down. It’s not entirely dead yet but it’s going out.
After showing both our video proof of the failing alternator and the AC current my meter is showing at the battery, they still denied warranty due to the machine stating it’s good and threw responsibility on their manager who would get “really mad” if they warrantied a “good” part. I suspect foul play from a simple pass, no pass machine they use to base their warranty claims on but take that with a grain of salt… Then got pitched on buying another remanufactured part as the solution. Keep in mind it’s still within the warranty period…
Not everything I get from AutoZone is bad, but be careful what you get…

Bought a battery online. When I went to pick it up they double checked the warranty on the dead battery and found it was still valid so they gave me the free warranty replacement and refunded my money. Great people!
