The manager, Maria went way beyond what I ever expected this afternoon. I am 77 years old and was unable to remove a relay switch from my truck. She came out wouldn't stop until she removed the old part and installed the new part. Service like that is hard to find. I am a Auto Zone customer for life. Thanks again!

So I want needing to buy anything. I had gotten locked out of my car and on a whim I decided to go in there even though my wallet was also locked in my car so it's not like I could have bought anything. She had her own lock kit though and helped me get back into my car. So thank you so much again Maria. You are truly a life saver.

I didn't need to buy anything. My driver's side window came off track. All I needed was a pair of pliers to get it up enough to push it up with my hands. MARIA gave me the pliers to get it up! She was a God send! I saw her outside helping other customers in the parking lot as well. Another person, a young guy, in the store first told me they didn't have any tools to loan us. MARIA IS THE BEST!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Norton is the BEST! I went in because my car was overheating, he went above and beyond to help me figure out the problem and a solution. I will be returning to this location even though it is away from my home due to the solid customer service. 10/10 experience
