Staff is lazy. Asked him to check my alternator. Said I can’t. I said yall don’t do that here? He said well is your battery good, I told him I was told last week it was. Went to check it. Says my battery is bad while having an attitude the whole time. Went across the street to O’Riellys they tested starter battery and alternator for me. Said everything was good. Just go across the street tbh

Very upset with Autozone, it was the best before and I was going to change the batteries of my truck and it turned out that they did not have the warranty that they offered me for 3 years. They told me that the red batteries are only for 2 years and the boy burned them, blessedly, for 2 years, he said they are for 3 and just for bender, very disappointed.

Rude store manager. I was there at 09:50am on July 4th. Couldn’t utter the words hello, may I help you. Couldn’t even bother to communicate when I need a part and tried to talk to her. She checked me out. I said thank you, and she just looked away. Didn’t say a word. And said “next”. To the guy behind me.
She doesn’t need to be a manager with that terrible attitude towards customers. I won’t be back. If she hates her job so much, she should leave.

6/19/24 was bittersweet. I rushed into Autozone needing to get a few things for my vehicle. However, what I left with was beyond my expectations. I want to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Darrell during my recent visit.
Darrell went above and beyond in servicing my car, going the extra mile by doing things that he didn't have to. I’m 9 months pregnant so it meant a lot that he took time out of his busy day to make sure I had what I needed before I left the store. His attention to detail and dedication truly stood out, making me feel valued as a customer.
His willingness to go above and beyond exemplifies his commitment to providing top-notch service, which is why I felt compelled to reach out and share my positive experience.
Thank you once again Darrell for being such an outstanding person!

Customer service was the worst. I went in there, asking to get my battery checked and was told to wait and waited for 20 minutes and never got helped.
