Went to get battery tested had me to turn the car off car wouldn't start back up and he just walked away and btw just bought this battery from AutoZone definitely wont recommend this location

I bought an ignition coil from them a few months ago, I got a warranty on it, and they made me buy a new one because they claimed it wasn’t the same one even though it was brand new. They are really ripping people off and then refusing to honor warranties. I wouldn’t go to this place any more and I definitely won’t be

Wish I could give 0 stars but that's not an option. I came in 2 months ago and purchased and got my left headlight done. Manger was helpful Hispanic guy and bald headed thank you. But as of August 14th went and purchased another headlight for my right side and there was a heavy set Hispanic guy was being lazy and told me oh no I can't do it I have to pull your whole headlight off and I'm like no you don't the other guy didn't 2 months ago.. and he just shrugged his shoulders and walked off.. very unprofessional if you ask me.

Went in for a new battery and tried to get an employee to put it on for me, he refused and a random customer was nice enough to put it on for me.

This auto zone needs some new employees or managers because I went in here to ask for my headlight bulbs replaced but a Hispanic guy told me to just go to any Autoshop to get it done basically refusing to help customers after I asked is there anyone to help me 🤬just because they know car stuff’s they’re being stuck up!!! I wouldn’t recommend this location. If we know how to do it we wouldn’t ask for help !!! They don’t even deserve a one star if that’s an option
