Very calm, hard hours, even to pay for a small bottle of oil separately. When you call on the phone, they leave you waiting for a long time, you get angry and you better hang up the phone.

The woman at the front and other worker were unable to help me test my car battery. A service that autozone says they offer. After waiting for 10 minutes they came back and said they can't find the equipment and I needed to go somewhere else.

This autozone is ridiculous.
I walked in today, and I’m assuming the manager or whoever it is. Doesn’t greet me just says “cash or card?”
I reply with “card? But I brought my battery to check it out I got it here not long ago?
He responds “you gonna buy it?”
I’m confused and so thrown off. I told him I bought it September 16 and it was December 1 and he tells me you have to big another battery this warranty is for 3 months.
I tell him yeah 15 more days then it’ll be a complete 3 months but it isn’t time yet! And he decides to check if he responds it’s a good battery can’t do nothing for you!
I’m standing there laughing from anger! I told him it’s been dead 2 times the past 2 days of I charged it before I came to get the car and battery over here! It dies everytime and he still responds nope can’t do nothing for you it’s a good battery. Soooo I left and went to the autozone down the street on 2900 Cleburne Rd Fort Worth and they took care of me there with no issues.

Needed a windshield wiper because mine flew off in the rain. I told him I did not know how to install them and could someone help me. He said no because if he goes out in the rain he might get sick. This is so ridiculous. It's barely raining. I guess they will not be able to go home because it's raining and he might get sick
