While on YouTube they promote that autozone refers you to a mechanical workshop to rebuild. Repair engine and transmission. They give you the name of a mobile mechanic who turns out to be a thief. At the Autozone in Cambowie there is a mechanic outside the store who is a relative of the manager and gives him rent for being outside the store repairing cars. Besides, it also takes away parts from your car and makes it used or makes you spend money on parts that you don't need.

Both Management and sales staff personally took interest in my auto maintenance issue, moreover they expedited solutions while being frugal with my resources. That's what makes me a loyal Auto Zone consumer.

employee was extremely rude to me, he refused to charge my battery or let me buy a new one because "theres only 2 employees" even though there are signs everywhere saying "FREE BATTERY CHARGING, #1 BATTERY IN AMERICA" . ive always had a good experience at autozones, but this really ruined it.

I received amazing customer service and help from Juan. My car battery had died and I drove over to Autozone after jumping my car with the hopes of getting a new battery and terminals. Juan was quick to action, taking a look at my car and performing tests to correctly identify the problem. He stayed with me even as it got late to help replace both of them. He was a life saver, thank you Juan!

As a fellow auto zone it's always a blessing to go into a store and get amazing customer service. The two red shirts working tonight were both attentive and super nice even though I didn't actually need their help.

I received excellent customer service from Scilla at the 2900 Cleburne Rd location and she was extremely knowledgeable and informative. She even assisted me with my headlight going above and beyond! Her attitude was positive and she made the entire experience enjoyable. Thank you Scilla, I appreciate you!

I guess I'm invisible.
I came into the store and was not acknowledged. When I was on one of the isles looking for car wash equipment, someone was stalking the shelf and almost ran into me, didn't say excuse me or anything for that matter. when I told him excuse me, he didn't look up or say anything. I hate to feel like this, but this is why I shop Amazon to avoid terrible customer service.
