This location is absolutely incredible. Best in class. I came here with a bad batter on recommendation from a cf tolleague because they told me that they do free battery testing. It turns out that their testing checks not just the battery but also the alternator and starter. An employee named Andy D. helped me out, and he’s an absolute star. Andy went above and beyond the call of duty in two ways. First, he informed me that there’s a $22 recycling fee for AutoZone to dispose of my old battery, but that I could come back later to get the fee reimbursed. Then, without me asking, he credited the fee back to my transaction in the same visit. Second, he uninstalled my old battery and installed the new one right there in the parking lot (since I didn’t bring my tools, I asked to borrow his and he just did the whole thing for me).AutoZone has earned themselves a customer for life.
