I bought a 2021 supra at Auto Savvy of Fort Worth about a year ago. When I bought the car I was told it had a salvage title due to being stolen. I was not informed there was any damage to the car. I was also not informed that this car was declared a total loss by an insurance company. A year later when i’m looking to trade the car, a dealership tells me that the car in fact is a total loss and was totaled because of severe front end damage as well as being stolen before. After looking up the vin of the car there was pictures of it totaled and sold for 21,000. I bought the car for 44,000. It was foolish of me to not look up the vin number and i’ve learned my lesson but I feel like the salesman at Auto Savvy should have disclosed that the car suffered severe damage to the front end and was declared a total loss. When buying from them just make sure you personally check the car’s history.

I had a real bad experience with auto savvy. The finance guy call me to the back to do some paper for a trade in pretended to be this nice guy and all then screw me over on the deal. The car was $14,500 and with my trade in they give me $8,000. But that’s not the problem. The problem is that my car came with a warranty that I didn’t know about then he turned around and sold me a $3000 in house warranty. So they screwed me on that. Then when I call the finance company they said I owed $16,000 on my car. How? I had a trade in of $8000 plus positive equity in my car. Remember the price of the car was $14,500. I’m going to leave it at that for now. But I am going to get the dealer board to investigate. To make a long story short. Don’t buy no vehicles from this place.

I would recommend avoiding this dealership. Process took 3 weeks, when the car finally arrived it had damage on the front driver side wheel. When I asked to get it fixed they tried to sand it and paint over it. I inquired about getting it fixed as well as getting new tires as they were bald, the rep stated he would have the gm call me back. Never got a callback. Two of the four tires had to be re patched due to bad patches done by prior shops. I've called about 10 times and the managers refuse to call me back. Overall won't be coming back here again for my next vehicle.

Buying a car here was a great experience for me, levy was very insightful and worked hard to help me figure out a solution after I had a bad accident and needed a car quick he was there and kept in touch trying to help me. Everyone we met was super nice. Larry Heron was my salesman, super knowledgeable guy. Very straightforward and forthcoming, didn’t try to upsell or mislead. Financing was super easy and fair, hard to find in our current economy. Really impressed with the team here, would recommend.
