I recently worked with Tim on purchasing my new 2024 Mazda CX5 Carbon Turbo and it was the most relaxed and pleasant car buying experience I could have ever imagined! He was polite, listened to my needs and very willing to help me out. Definitely go to him! I will also say their service department was amazing! I had a minor defect on the sunroof seal and they had me fixed up and out of there within 72 hours of noticing the issue. Kade ordered the part which arrived next day and fixed it in under 2 hours. This dealership is the real deal for selling and service! Thanks guys!

I just purchased a new 2023 Mazda CX-5 and couldn't be happier! The day started off with me finding the dealer online advertising a good deal which led me to call for more information. I was able to negotiate the price over the phone and get all the information I needed, being especially important considering I live an hour away. They handled everything professionally and got the car ready for me as I made the drive out there. Once I arrived, I was met with the salesman that I had spoke on phone with who then proceeded to show me the car and allowed me to test drive. Most of my questions were answered and by the end of the test drive I was set on purchasing. The process for the actual sale was incredibly smooth. After negotiations and package selections, I was given an offer with the option to trade in my vehicle. Before going into this, I had the intention to get rid of my truck and I knew that it wasn't worth much based on the horrible condition it was in and the low KBB value, so the $500 trade in offer was no shock. The GREAT part however was they gave me as much time as I needed to sell my car down the street at CarMax where I was able to get a better offer. They even came and picked me up from CarMax to take me back to the dealer to finish up the sale process. Finishing up the sale, the finance manager also was very helpful and explained each itemized charge on the final bill. This was incredibly helpful, as this was my first time financing to purchase a new vehicle. Lastly, after driving home in my shiny new Soul Red CX-5, I was looking over the documentation of the sale and had misunderstood a couple items on the list. By this point, the salesmen had already left for the day but went out of his way to help and get the answers I needed after calling him. To sum up, every person I spoke with helped this be as smooth of a process as possible and I'm extremely satisfied with the customer service and vehicle I just purchased. I definitely recommend Hiley Mazda Fort Worth!

BEWARE: I'm sure management at Hiley Mazada of Forth Worth will take this review down. So whoever gets to read it beware. I serviced my CX-5 here at Hiley Mazada in Fort Worth, because they are a certified Mazada dealership. I bought an extend warranty from my previous dealership. My previous dealership instructed me to take my vehicle into Hiley, and to make sure they know about my extended warranty. So before I even rolled into Hileys parking lot, I called Hiley ahead and gave the service agents the information about having an extended warranty. I then proceeded to remind them 4 different times about me warranty throughout the process. At this point, I figured that I was in good hands because I have never done this before ( which I explicitly told Justin and Chris ). When the estimates came in, I asked "what is covered within my extended warranty? " A service agent told me " we haven't ran your extend warranty yet, we will know what's covered when we do that. " So I ( unknowing of what I am doing ) accepted the estimate due to trusting the dealership ( my biggest mistake ). They worked on my car and told me it's ready to pick up. I go up there to see what I need to pay, and they told me a price that was 85% higher than my extended warranty deductible. Well come to find out, they never called my extended warranty company! And when they finally called the warranty company ( Secure Net ) and they made a claim on 12/30/2022, but then back dated the start date to 12/17/2022 ( the day of my diagnostics ). Liars.When I called the service manager Chris, he tried to gas light me into thinking that I never told them about an extended warranty and that it's the first time hearing about it. He then lectured me about extended warranty's. When I went to go pick up my car, Chris ( the service manager ) antagonized me and tried to keep talking to me about extended warranty's, while he slightly smiled knowing that he pulled the rug from under me. Also Chris ( the service manager ) said that the GM Scott wouldn't want to see me and that he would just delegate it back to Chris. So I never got to talk to the GM about the poor customer experience.If Hiley is capable of lying about a small amount of money, imagine what they would be capable of lying about for 20k+. STAY AWAY

Alyssa, the young lady who sold me a pre-owned car, was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about cars. All my questions were answered promptly and I would highly recommend her and Hiley. She even filled the gas tank!! They seem to only sell pre-owned cars that are high quality, not lemons! Overall, a great buying experience!!

Bad customer service. Promised a deal via cell phone. Drove 1 hour and 15 min there at 9am and only found another customer was planning to buy the car and negotiating the price...what a waste of time!

AMAZING! My car suddenly died and I found myself looking for a new car in the middle of this crazy Covid car shortage (2022). Some dealers (mostly Hyundai) I called wanted $9-11k over MSRP, but this dealer didn't play games and gave me a fair deal even during these crazy times. I'm used to dreading car buying because I would have to wait around at the dealership all day negotiating. But this was the smoothest, easiest, car buying experience I've ever had!!! It has spoiled me. We were coming from over an hour away and they were kind and friendly and settled the price with us over the phone. Sam Steel was the BEST. She answered all of my questions, handled everything quickly and expertly, and made car shopping fun like it should be! Worth the hour+ drive to find a dealership that doesn't play games or bait & switch and just treats customers really well. Can't recommend them enough.
