The work we needed was done completely and professionally and in a reasonable amount of time. The cost seemed extreme. But with inflation I guess it is to be expected. We had to have the work done in order to get the car inspected. We will be bringing our other vehicle in soon for needed repairs.

This wouldn't be a bad location, but the lady I dealt with on my visit just annoyed me. I just needed an oil change, I was extremely tired and just wanted to get my oil changed. Instead, they looked around my truck to upsell me. I know the game, I've been in sales for years, but you must know when to stop badgering the customer. I already stated that I will go somewhere else, so don't proceed to tell me how much cheaper your product will be compared to where I'm going. I never stated where I was going, I just want an oil change and to be left alone.

A straightforward car buying experience. Having just visited Dodge of Grapevine and their completely arbitrary pricing structure, I informed the internet salesperson that I needed pricing over the phone. The price I was quoted was the price at the end of the day, $6k off MSRP and a good trade in value. They tried to beat my financing company but ended up taking my external financing anyway. Overall, one of the better experiences I’ve had at a dealership.EDIT: I’m lowering my rating due to the service department. First, they automatically make you an oil change appointment for 6 months after a car purchase. Second, when I called to reschedule I asked if thhe first service was free and they said yes. Well, $110 later it definitely wasn’t.This was on a PHEV Pacifica with 6000 miles, and only 3000 of that was engine miles.This service department is ridiculous, $110 for an oil change? I’d hate to see what they charge for something real.

They WILL sell you BAD cars and NOT CARE. My car stopped running 3 months after buying from this location(from corrosion in the ECU, which would be impossible to have been my fault). I also pay for the extended warranty that denied fixing it due to it being corrosion. 6 months of being ignored and avoided I finally get an answer and they basically tell me it’s not their fault and they’ll give me a call back after talking with the GM. Still no call back. Their best offer to help was paying $4k for the car back and leaving me with the other 12k owed on the vehicle. I do have other friends that have had similar issues with things wrong with their vehicles from this location just not as severe. If 0 stars were an option I’d give it, please find somewhere else to go. Quick edit, they reached back out after seeing this and said they’d be offering no assistance/ taking no accountability for selling me a bad car. Don’t get scammed here!!

I shared with my service manager that I have been dealing with extremely expensive home repairs that my home maintenance and insurance are not covering. So, when I was told I needed new tires, I was pleased that the new tires were less expensive than Discount Tire prices. ?????. Tires and alignments are not inexpensive, but I am thrilled that AutoNation did not overcharge me! They treat me with kindness and make me feel like one of the family.
