this is by far the worst run dealership group in the country. Now you would ask how can I say that well I have worked at car dealerships for over 40 years. That's how I can say that don't walk run from any AutoNation dealership that you see.

Cannot speak highly enough about AutoNation Fort Worth. Like most people, I dread the dealership. Well, not here! Wael, from Sales, was communicative, kind, and intentional. I never felt rushed, pushed, or unsupported. Wael helped me buy my new truck! James Maxie, from business, was also outstanding. James was real, comforting, personable, and patient. I will be coming to AutoNation for all things vehicles in the future.

I wouldn't let this dealership work on my go cart. On December 14, 2023 I arrived at the service department to drop off my truck for a pre-arranged appointment that had been made three weeks earlier. My 2016 F250 with less that 100k miles has death wobble. I have bought a heavy duty performance adjustable trac bar and a Bilstein dual stabilizer kit and had these parts installed at Meineke. After installing these parts, Meineke was unable to perform a front end alignment because the death wobble I'd been experiencing has prematurely worn out the outer tie rod ends and the center drag link. For Meineke to replace the worn front end parts would have cost me an additional $1800. When I bought the truck with 74k miles I also bought an extended bumper to bumper warranty that covers these front end parts. When I made the appointment with Tyrell and his supervisor they confirmed these parts were in stock if needed for my upcoming appointment three weeks later. On December 14 I dropped my truck off as scheduled and didn't bother them until the following Tuesday. I had to call NUMEROUS times to get someone to answer the phone. The person I spoke to said they would have Tyrell call me with a status update. Tuesday evening of December 19 Tyrell finally returned my call and told me the technician had already changed to oil and aligned the front end and was in the process of diagnosing the pinion gear oil leak. I asked about the worn tie rod ends and center drag link and he said they had not been replaced. I then asked how could the front end alignment have been done without the worn parts being replaced, but was unable to get a straight answer from him. I then asked him when my truck would be ready for pickup and he said Thursday December 21st. Thursday the 21st arrives and no answer when I call Tyrell. I called the main service department number and was informed that my truck was still being diagnosed. I asked what had been done and was informed that ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE TO MY TRUCK DURING THE ENTIRE WEEK THAT IT HAD BEEN THERE - NO OIL CHANGE, NO FRONT END ALIGNMENT, NO DIAGNOSES - ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE. WHEN I ARRIVED TO PICK IT UP A FEW MINUTES AFTER BEING INFORMED OF THIS I FOUND IT HAD NOT EVEN BEEN MOVED FROM THE PARKING SPOT I'D LEFT IT IN A WEEK EARLIER!!!

Recently got a used car from this dealership. Don't even waste your time. A few weeks later I'm driving and I noticed the EPC light and oil pressure light starts blinking. Take it back to the service department (because I have a warranty) and was told they cannot check the vehicle because it's a Volkswagen and they don't have the tools to diagnose it.... So there was no point of me having a warranty to begin with. I would never go back to this dealership. I have to come out of pocket to fix my throttle body (that's the EPC light) and to fix any leaks with my oil from a third party mechanic. 13k for the car and an additional 2-3k for repairs within a month of ownership. Don't even waste your time, you guys will read this review and do it anyways but when you get screwed you'll be right back where I am.

Extremely poor communication after they have your money. Took almost 2 months for them to contact the lien holder on my trade in vehicle AND send a check for the payoff. I had to put insurance back on a vehicle I no longer had because of their failure to submit correct paperwork or even make a phone call to let them know. This also cost me more money because I had to make car payments (with interest), while waiting for them to follow through. Did I get a return phone call or text when inquiring as to what was going on? NO. I PAID THE VEHICLE OFF due to their failure and they have my vehicle now. Additionally, they LIED about what was included in the "car deal" and refuse to make it right. I even offered to just back out the "extras" that I PAID FOR if they would just refund the extra $1,000 I paid (on top of the down payment). Again...crickets. Called GM...crickets. Worst car buying experience EVER. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT TO BUY A VEHICLE. They basically stole my trade in and cost me a ton of extra money.

Drove an hour to see a car they told us was available. Come to find out it was sold TWO days ago. Took them an half an hour to let us know it was sold too. After taking all our information and completely wasting our time. Disorganized and disrespectful. Xavier was the employee that said the car was still available.

Don't waste your time or money here. Went by yesterday to make a deal on a F250 they made no effort whatsoever to sell me that truck as soon as I told them I wanted more money for my trade and a lower interest-rate they were done. They basically just told me to leave. Will call you. REALLY

Showed up for service for my 2013 F150 and said that it was leaking coolant up near the radiator or one of the hoses underneath. They kept my vehicle a few days and called me back saying everything was fine and the liquid dripping from the car was power steering fluid and not to worry about it. Well Ford moved to electric power steering in 2011 so my truck doesn't have any power steering fluid at all. You'd think a Ford service center would know that. I went underneath my truck to check it myself that next weekend, and found the photo of exactly what I told them I thought was wrong. Not sure how you miss this as a mechanic when I told them exactly what and where the issue was. Thankfully I wasn't driving with my family somewhere in 100+ degree Texas heat when my car started to overheat after being told there were no issues with it.

Went into to reserve a Ford Maverick and they attempted to force me into purchasing dealer add-ons I did not want. I was willing to accept all of them but the interior/exterior application for $643 It can be looked up on any list of top ripoff dealer-addons and this will be there. They refused to allow me to reserve the vehicle because I would not accept the dealer add-ons. For my business this truck would have been ideal but between work and having a special needs child at home I may not be able to make it up to another Ford dealership before the reservation period ends. I am unwilling to pay for something I don't want especially dealer add-ons on a truck that the dealership hasn't even received yet. The salesman Chris Purtell said they couldn't take it off which obviously if you don't have the vehicle yet you just don't have to put it on. I told him then I would look elsewhere and proceeded to walk out he shrugged and made no other attempts. I would suggest just going Jerry's Chevrolet in Weatherford I've bought 4 vehicles from them no games just in and out relatively quickly even years ago when my credit score was low. The only reason I went to Ford was for the Maverick.

If I could give this dealer a negative rating it would be -10 if the rating was from -1 being horrible and -10 this dealership's service department should be closed permanently. My experience explains why they have a 2+ rating. This is not a dealership I would use in the future and their rating clearly suggest they do not provide quality service. I have brought two trucks to this dealership for 3 years and terribly dissatisfied. This is the last repair that Ford AutoNation will do on any of our vehicles. I took a Ford F150 into the dealership because the brakes were pulsating. The service associate I was working with stated the front brakes were never touched or repaired, only the rear brakes. I questioned him stating I was sure the front brakes had been repaired but I was told that after he reviewed the history on this truck, I was wrong and this was not the case. He replaced the front brakes and also charged me for an alignment when I was told service would not be able to do the alignment on the same day. When I got the car back, the brakes were still pulsating, the issue was not resolved. When I returned the car back to the service department for the same reason, the new service associate I was working with stated she believed the issue was with the rear brakes. I am now totally confused at this point because what I am now being told by the second service associate is completely contrary to what I was told by the first service associate. The new service associate asked me if I had stated the reason why I was bringing the car in for repair because there were no "notes" on the work order. After I physically had to restrain myself, shocked and dismayed that I was being asked this question, I had to reiterate the reason for bringing in the vehicle - the brakes were pulsating. The dealer's recommendation was to redo the rear brakes because of the pulsating after the front brakes had just been repaired (twice now) and the information told to me by the previous service associate was not accurate. The cost to repair the rear brakes was initially $646 but because I was asking for credit on the front brake job that was needlessly done, the cost for the repair went up to over $800 quoted by the Service Manager. When I contacted the dealer where the truck was originally purchased, their price to repair the rear brakes was $500 ($270 brakes/pads and $90-110 for each rotor). Curious I contacted another dealer and the cost was slightly higher at $595. This is not my first experience with this dealer in taking a vehicle there for repair, getting the car back, and then having to take it back to the dealer again for the same repair because something else was done and being charged the same price or even higher price. I am stunned and in shock that this is how Ford permits their loyal customers to be treated - lied to about the unnecessary repairs and then inflate the price so they would not have to reimburse me for the extraneous work that was done. *****Confirmed today I was charged for an alignment that cannot be verified. No paperwork. However I believe that this work was never done. I am expected to believe that a mechanic would remember my vehicle 18 days after the fact confirming the alignment was done but there is no paperwork to confirm the alignment was done. Terrible.

Beware of this olat. After I purchased my Ford Escape 2015 with 136,000 miles on it everything went wrong 30 days after. I have tried to take it to the service department which keeps overcharging me. I have no car now back to walking or using Lyft and I'm stuck with a car I can't drive no other dealership will take it as a trade yet I'm still paying on it.i am a single parent of 3 kids and have no family here I can depend on. I owe more than the car is worth yet the sales manager and GM refuse to help a struggle parent. I cry daily wondering if I will lose my job because I have to call in because I don't have a way to work

The car was good but when we bought the car they said they were going to fix some issues and after we took delivery ... dead silence , the salesman , finance manager and the manger I assume the one who bugged me Non stop for the insurance card AFTER I took the car now dead silence all calls go to voicemail. But hey typical car sales tactics DONT LEAVE MONEY or take the car UNTIL ALL IS 100% good

We went since my wife is extremely curious about the new convertible Broncos. She really likes the style, but is curious if it has all the bells and whistles that her current Nissan suv has, which has spoiled her a bit. We went just as they closed, so I understand that a little bit, but even though 5 or 6 people looked straight at us, not a single person came over and said anything, not even to say "sorry, we are closed right now". Nothing at all. Not how I'd want my staff to perform as a person in management. If I'd found this out I'd be having some discussions with my staff. One person even walked within 50 feet of us and just kept on trucking. The stock was extremely limited. They had a lot of trucks, but the Broncos numbered about 4 of them, and even the Mustangs we only saw one. This is not a place we will return to, no matter how close it is to our residence.
