Liz in the Collision center was awesome! She went above and beyond to make sure my car was back to normal after someone tried to steal it. She was always available when I needed to speak with her. She kept me fully updated each step of the way.

If you have accident and have to have your car towed here, be aware that they don’t communicate unless you call them. They also let my car sit at their facility for three days before then recommending it was in my own best interest to have the insurance move the car to a different location due them not being able to get parts and them being behind schedule two to three weeks. Not a good experience. I would pick another shop on your insurance list.

Great service from Jared he has been helping with all the small details that came with my pre-owned vehicle. I'm glad he was able to assist me with my purchase specially now that it's hard to find good affordable vehicles. I brought my car in to have a new bumper painted/installed. I left with almost all of my soft plastics being messed up, my door jam needs to be repainted and the electrical connections from the bumper need to be rewired due to the technician breaking them. The staff is rude and dismissive, think twice before you use this dealership.I called the GM per the note below. He said they could try to dye the plastics but it is to expensive to replace the plastics. He feels dying the plastics is good enough. I asked for his garage kept insurance so I could file a claim against them and he said he would not give me that information.4/26 update I spoke to the regional director and he gave ne alot of things that it might be then landed on black out that is rubbing off. I asked him why everything happened in the 2 weeks they had the truck, he said it didn't. I asked him if he thought I brought the truck to the dealership like that and he said he was not saying that either. Then I asked him what are you saying? No answer.To make things even worse I had a reputable collision center look at the bumper that autonation originally painted and they said it was a bad paint job. The regional director agreed that the paint job was bad and he needed to repaint it. I am back to square 1.8/12 update, I was forced to open a comprehensive claim through my own insurance. They sided with me and said autonation was at fault. The repairs ended up being right at 5000 dollars to fix the damage autonation caused. I have been paid and my insurance is subrogating with autonation to get the money back from them. Read the reviews, even when they break something they will not make you whole. I hope my insurance removes them as a preferred provider. I will give another update once subrogation is complete.

How this place has 4.4 stars is the 8th wonder of the world. They've had my vehicle for going on 2 months now. I have received 0 calls to update me about the car. So I called up there and they transfer me to the tech assigned to my car. He doesn't answer. I leave a voice-mail. He doesn't call me back. I call again the next day and I'm told my car is ready to be painted. That was 12 days ago. I get that it takes a while to get all the parts needed. But they've had all the parts for 5 weeks now. I get that my vehicle is not the only one their working on. But it's been in the paint bay for almost 2 weeks now and the whole car isn't even getting painted.Seeing some of the recent reviews doesn't make me feel any better.

My truck (2021 Ram Limited) went in for repair to the rear bumper after being hit in traffic. Bumper needed replaced and brackets for tail gate, repaint both. I got it back after 5 weeks in the shop. It could have been 2-3 but each time a part was delivered, someone realized another part was needed, so it took longer than expected and what I was told by the center.When I picked up my truck, it was covered in dirt. The average MPG (on the computer) was consistently 18.5 mpg when I drove it. When I pick up the truck, it had been driven 22 miles by the collision center personnel and the mpg was 13. Seems it was driven pretty hard during those 22 miles to the muffler shop.When I washed the truck, the tail gate was covered in polisher marks, scratches, had an edge that was buffed through to the bare metal and a clear coat run. The manager said they would have to bring it back, take it apart and repaint it. I give credit to the manager for wanting to make it right. But the communication problems (6-8 messages and calls unreturned with minimal status updates) and the quality if the work performed when they had it for 5 weeks has me uncomfortable giving it back to them. I’m undecided but will update this review if anything changes.Services: Painting

***SAVE YOUSELF TIME, STRESS AND DISSAPPOINTMENT AND AVOID THIS SHOP***I chose Auto Nation to make the repairs to my 2019 Ram Laramie Longhorn with hope that the dealer body shop would repair it to the highest level. This was not at all the case. After having my truck for over 3 months to complete a repair that was said to take 2 to 3 weeks the vehicle was still not repaired to even their standard. My truck was painted 4 different times and every time there were major issues examples following, Hair in the paint, fisheyes, budges, paint runs, parts of the vehicle not cleared very rough tape lines paint overspray on the rims, windshield and bumpers of the truck just to name a few. After having conversation's with Bob Brown the Director he agreed to issues a full refund and admitted that his team has had a lot of changes and they do not have the people in place to complete the work correctly. He has since decided not to refund the monies paid. This is completely unacceptable. I have a truck in worse condition now than when it was taken in for repairs.Service: Body & Trim

The service started off well. After a week of having my vehicle and no call, I called on a Tuesday to check on it. I was told it would probably be tomorrow ( Wednesday) or Wednesday before it would be done. They were finishing the the painting and the another part would be in today. So, I waited and until Thursday and still no call so I wanted and still nothing come Saturday morning. So, I called Saturday morning and was told that my vehicle was ready. My vehicle had been ready but I never received a call letting me know. This was an hour before they closed and no call to me. If, I would not have called them my vehicle would have been sitting in there parking lot all weekend.Service: Body & Trim
