Loyal Customer since 2011 leasing here every single time. Until this year, like most of us buy out our own lease car. They tried to give me an interest rate of 5% when I have an amazing credit score, I said to Laura the financial lady, no thank you I have a better offer with another bank, long story short, I signed a financial agreement of 40k when my pay off was 28k. I noticed all that until I got home and reviewed everything. I called them back left voice mails, and of course they did not answer me until I called the 800 # and I told them my situation, I talked to the Manager he said first will be a few of $250 to cancel the financial agreement, I said is fine, I just need to cancel it, he promised to call me back the next day. Never did I called again to the 800# explained everything again, and told me they will called me back first thing in the morning of the next day and They did and said: I don’t have any obligations with Them, that I can go with any other bank. That was May 7th 2022 and today is May 18th trying to recover my $700 dollar of down payment, after sending and email, called and now posting this in here. I guess I will have to dispute it with my credit car. DO NOT TRUST THEM go and look for a credit union .

I can STRONGLY recommend Daniel Whitt who assisted my family in purchasing a used vehicle. He was very honest and easy to work with, answering questions and looking into a detail for us. Very straightforward and courteous and respectful. This was car buying the way it should be. I must also give credit to Ryan Ziegler the Finance Manager who handled everything with professional excellence.

This was easily the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Absolutely no-nonsense, no pushiness. I walked in, told them what I wanted and told them my budget. I was in and out in about 2 hours (sounds like a long time, but for buying a car with financing it is nothing) with the car I wanted UNDER the budget I asked for. Charles and Ryan were great. Highly recommend.

My husband and I went to look at a vehicle. when we arrived it was ready to test drive. The staff at Autobahn is so amazing that we purchased 2 cars. I will return and recommend Autobahn to everyone I know

These folks did most of my transaction remotely, all I had to do was go in to sign the paperwork and pick up my car. They gave me a fair price for my trade in and a good deal on the new car. Staff was friendly and made sure we were happy with our purchase.

I have purchased multiple luxury cars in the DFW area over the last 15 years mostly with Park Place or Sewell. Long story short if want true a luxury experience skip this place. I felt like I was buying a used Nissan. I wouldn’t give them a dime of my money.

I called arrange for a test drive of one of the Certified Pre-Owned Porsches. To my dismay I found that they don't clean up the cars between trades so the entire headliiner was coated in dog hair as well as the boot. Very sad. Never saw such a unprofessional showing of a car at a dealership.Don't recommend that you visit this dealership

My wife and I recently purchased an awesome preowned 2014 Honda Odyssey Touring Elite from Autobahn and had the pleasure of working with salesman Jody Kirk. Jody is by far the best car salesman with whom we’ve worked. He was responsive, patient, kind, respectful and really went out of his way to make the deal work for us. We live all the way in Garland and we have a newborn and a toddler, so driving all the way to Fort Worth during business hours is really rough. So, to make the deal easier on us, on two occasions Jody let me meet him at his residence after business hours, which was farther east and closer to my home, and meant I was driving alone after my toddler was already asleep. Because we have a newborn, we are social distancing as much as possible in this age of pandemic, and Jody was extremely respectful of our request for distancing. Would you believe it - we purchased a car and the closest I ever got to our awesome salesman was probably ten feet - and we were outside and both had on masks. Thank you so much, Jody! The next time we need a car, we’ll be coming to you!
