I recently purchased a vehicle from Autobarn, FW for the first time and had a great experience. Tony Theisz could not have been more friendly and helpful, making the trade-in process easy and efficient. He showed me all the features of our new vehicle, gave some great advice on maintenance etc and made the whole process well worth it. We will be back!

My doors on 2020 228i slam so hard it hurts my ears, they said that is an upgrade option only for a few select series. It makes me hate this car, it feels like I’m riding a cheap worthless car when the service managers refer to these cars as tanks . More like a tin can.

The experience I had this week with the BMW service department was mainly specific to an advisor. However, management should be held accountable for allowing such poor performance to happen and continue. The timing of the drop off and pick up was absolute chaotic. Kudos to having an online system for entering a service ticket and checking out. But standing around while cars and keys are trying to be found, defeats the purpose of automation. The overly relaxed environment for the advisors is negatively impacting the level of service being provided. The advisor (ex) I worked with was disorganized and lacks communication. My appt was at 7:30 but I showed up at 7:00 bc I needed to get to work. The advisor was no where in site even though the service department opens at 7:00 am. Kudos to Kenny who jumped into action and got the loaner car ready. Around 7:20 in walks my advisor who hasn't even looked at the online service ticket I entered. I had to stand there and repeat it all. Waste of time to show up early when the advisor is so unorganized. When I came to pick up my car Tuesday after work per a text from my advisor "your car is on the drive, no need for signatures (since I paid online), just drop off the loaner". I got there around 6:30 pm and not a soul was there from the service department. My car was no where to be seen and not on the 'drive'. And the advisor was not responding to my texts. Later I learned he had left at 4:00 pm. He never indicated what time they close, never suggested I ask for someone else since he was leaving early, no preparation at all. Horrible communication. I had to come back Wednesday morning to pick up my car where the madness continued. My advisor was working with someone else and never looked up to acknowledge I was there, or to point out where's my car, or not even an apology for the inconvenience of the drop off mix up. Nothing but rudeness. Once again, Kenny and his team jump into action and save the day. However, it took about 20 minutes to pick up my car since only the advisor knew where the keys were and since he was talking, Kenny had to hunt the keys down. If I was running that department, I would keep only a couple of the advisors, continue to ramp up the online system, and put Kenny and his team in charge of checking in and checking out the cars. Those guys at the check in station on the service driveway was standing there at 7:00 am eagerly and alert, waiting to greet customers and jump into action. I would give these guys more responsibility and up their compensation. They outshine the advisors as far as my experience. You could save a lot of money and improve performance. Since I have a warranty with CarMax, I will probably take my business to them going forward. I can't afford to go through this crap again. Waste of my time and frustrating as heck. You can invest in all the technology and automation there is, but if you don't manage or correct the human aspect involved, you are wasting your money.

I was out in Fort Worth for work when suddenly I got a flat tire. I drove into service and was greeted by a member of the team on the service drive. I had never been before so I didn’t know who to speak to. They were kind enough to get me David, the service manager to assist with my needs. He was super kind, attentive, and honest about my tire needs. He was quick to update me on the status of my repair and was able to accommodate my schedule since I had an appt in the afternoon. I was in an out of there in about an hour. Would definitely recommend this dealership for service! Thank you!!

We bought an new X7 a year ago. Our sales consultant was Jimmy Featherston. I figured I'd give it a year for a thorough review. The sales process was fantastic on a special order car. Absolutely no pressure and Jimmy answered all of our questions with patience and respect. No surprises, no add ons and no additional dealer fees like door cup guards etc (better known as owner yacht fees). The car itself is great. Lots of power, rides well, and very reliable. Duh, it's a BMW. I made my first trip to the dealership in a year for an oil change today. Foley Thomas was my service consultant. Greeted promptly and courteously. The work got done so quickly I didn't even get a chance to finish my coffee. I've owned 2 dozen cars over the years, and my purchase, delivery and service with Autobahn BMW have been the best of any dealership I've dealt with. The big chain dealerships can't beat the sales and service of Autobahn BMW. Transparency leads to trust, and trust leads to long term relationships.

I went to the new car sales building to test drive a 2024 vehicle posted on the website a couple weeks ago. I was not acknowledged by anyone until my second walk through the entire showroom. Not a good first impression. Finally, someone way over in a back corner greeted me and he was polite and helpful. Thank you sir.
I test drove a couple 2024 vehicles (not realizing they were considered used) and then met the new car sales director. He came across as dismissive and contentious. Had the “sales” director taken a more courteous and professional approach, he might have won our business. Instead, I’m enjoying a brand new 2025 M-class from BMW of Arlington.

Less than 2 months ago I had the greatest experience on purchasing a car ever, at this dealer. Worked with Rafael Campos, he was super friendly, not at all pushy and super transparent about all the numbers. He also has kept communication with me even after the purchase. I will definitely go there again whenever I am back in the market for a BMW vehicle. Thank you!

Brian was a straight shooter with purchasing an M from Autobahn. Knowledgeable about all M cars and had good recommendations for package. Gave an in-depth but brief introduction to the car along with configuring/disabling some of the annoying nannies on modern Ms prior to me taking delivery.

Lemon car lot! I bought a Alfa from this dealership and 3 days later the check engine light comes on. The sales man kept showing all the repairs they recently did on the car to insure me that the car was in good condition. Come to find out the car had major issues and the codes were just cleared. Stay far away from this dealer and I would never buy another car from them.

I had a great buying experience with the help of my sales guy Danny Rayes. I was purchasing from out of state and the process was super easy and efficient. In the end I walked away with a great deal. They also helped to coordinate shipping and my car was shipped in less than 3 days. I would do it all over again with my next vehicle purchase
