-legitimate out the door pricing that was my best offer
-able to order the bike and place it down payment on my cell phone, no need to drive in.
-under promised and over delivered on the delivery date coming in exactly two weeks from when I place my deposit.
-everyone at the dealership greeted me by first name upon my arrival to pick up my bike
-The entire experience of closing on the bike took less than an hour including a detailed walkthrough of every future on the bike.
-A week later Mike checked on me to make sure that I was happy with my purchase.
-After a small mishap Mike and the dealership worked hard to find the parts I needed for my repair.

“I’ve been to Kenny’s Muffler on three different times. Great customer service, the last visit was over the top. I had some loose and broken hangers. They could’ve just replaced those, but it wouldn’t have solved the problem. I was shown where the exhaust was hitting the brake line, one of the Leaf Springs, banging against the undercarriage, and exhaust leaks. The installation was done by the previous owner. So they took it apart, moved the exhaust to a better position, welded it, painted it and hung new hangers. I wish I had got some photos, very professional job. Well worth the money.”

“I recently bought a 1995 Chevy van that has been sitting for many years. I took it in for them to look over, I'm planning to road trip with it. The van had sat for years unused. They identified many issues, mostly dried and cracking rubber parts and I had them replace many things that were 30 yrs old. It took about 3 weeks to complete the job because many of the parts are not commonly available. They kept me updated as they searched for new parts. I don't remember what it was but one thing had to be sent from Georgia, another, a a/c hose had to be made locally. The mechanic, I think his name was Shawn, walked me thru all the work that had been completed so far, which was a lot and it looked great! It was all within my budget and their ability to find parts from all over the US leaves me impressed. I was expecting much more time needed or I would have to take it to more than one shop to get the restoration work I wanted done. So to anyone looking to restore an old vehicle, I highly recommend Jewel. Obviously, if they can do all I wanted and needed, finding new parts that are not found easily anymore, than any more modern vehicle would easy to repair. Thanks everyone at Jewel, can't wait to hit the road.”

“I thought the liner looked great they did and 5 star review worthy job already on my RAM gooseneck dually when I picked it up yesterday. Today, my mobile mechanic of over 10-years (who has to work on the truck) started doing cheetah-flips, he was so happy with it. The way (with surgical precision) they blocked-off any liner from getting on the ball and hook assemblies so as to still cover the bed, but not interfere with adjustments and operation of these assemblies; and somehow avoided covering with liner (perhaps by first removing) the mounting screws to the inner tailgate service plate (where he can still get in there and work if he needs to without damaging the liner) had him thrilled. He was expecting to have to deal with the issues he's had to deal with with spray-in liners in the past. No doubt he will be sending them more trucks. They didn't just get in there a gob a bunch of liner on with a spray gun. I had lower quotes but I'm glad I went with these guys. Great Job!”
“Sometimes a buying experience makes such a strong impression that you want to shout it from the rooftops. Buying our very first RV at McClain’s was simply a phenomenal experience. There is not enough space here to describe all the ways they went above and beyond. “I recently had work done on my 2011 RAV4 and was told that the splash shield was loose and causing all of this noise I kept hearing underneath my vehicle. What that business did was eyebrow-raising, given the fact that a mechanic used a ziptie to hold the shield in place. What they didn't tell me was that the mechanic tied it to a sensor. A friend said I should take my car to The Master's Touch. When I called Chris, he offered to inspect the shield and sure enough, he found that ziptie and promptly removed it. Then he used three of the clips that should have been on the splash shield to fasten it in place. A few days later I asked if The Master's Touch could replace that splash shield for me. The price was right and the work was done as I waited. All I can say about The Master's Touch is that I wish I had gone there sooner. The professionalism and the courtesy I found was such a relief to find. They are a jewel among the rubbish that is out there.”
