Samuel was extremely helpful in getting one of my new phones connected. I was astounded that he finished as fast as he did. The next evening before closing he quickly helped again with another big problem. Thank you so much speedy Samuel.

I came in to find out what to do when the battery is dead on your iPhone. And the young man said that they were only store of sale and I’d have to go to another store to get a battery reinstalled because they did not do that at that store. So the young man told me which store to go to so I did. Unfortunately I wound up going to battery Plus they insert installed it less than two hours charged it and it was a little less than what I would have had paid out. The unfortunate part is it was not an ATT part. The stores that needed to be visited was out of my range, and that is why I went to battery plus.

After being totally ignored and left waiting for an hour and watching how ppl who came after me are being served in the 2834 S.Hulen store, I decided to try again at Bryant Irvin Rd Fort Worth location. It was a wonderful surprise. Staff came to me shortly after I stepped into the store, I was served and with my new tablet in my hands and on my way out before I knew it. Sal was the guy who did an amazing and quick job, explaining all my concerns before I managed to ask the whole question.That is the way jobs need to be done, and AT&T needs more staff like Sal is in Bryan Irvin Rd location. Thank you, Sal!S Hulen store is an embarrassing place and should not exist with that service, especially with a guy who is apparently their office manager.

Nothing good has come. If att was not the only service available I wouldn't even try to deal with them anymore. After 3 weeks of trying to get service they scedule me for insulation. I took of work and waited the 2 hour window between 8 and 10. No one showed up or called. So i called at 1030 to see what was going on. After an hour they said it was going to be another week.

Customer serviced has dropped off a lot with AT&T used to be greeted at the door. Walked in to this store stood in the store for 5-10 minutes was never even acknowledged so I just left.

We wanted to let you know about the exceptional service that Matt gave us when we switched to ATT fiber internet. We were hesitant, but Matt went above and beyond to give us the very best deal. We feel fortunate that we talked with him, and he came through with everything that he said. Thank you Matt!
