Absolute scumbags. Take lots of pictures of the apartment before you move out! Especially the carpets!I lived here for 2 years. The first year was honestly fine but the second year and post move were terrible. The apartment had german cockroaches everywhere and when i talked to the receptionist about it, she admitted that the pest control service wasn't even showing up and when they did, they didn't even spray what they were supposed to.About HALF A YEAR after i moved out, i got a letter in the mail saying i owe them 800 dollars for new carpet. That includes a 150 dollar late fee despite them taking half a year to contact me. I called the number listed to dispute this and it was the property management company and not aspire fossil creek directly. The lady said i was being charged for new carpet because it had damages. I asked to see pictures of the damages because it looked fine when i left, but i didn't take any pictures unfortunately. Well it turns out they also didn't take any pictures of the carpets. The lady couldn't get ahold of the people at Aspire so she said she'd email them and have them call me.They never called me.I called again and talked to the same lady and we repeated the same interaction. Aspire had not even read the email.I called a third time and they were finally able to get ahold of Aspire and let me talk to them. The lady at Aspire told me a third party company inspects the carpets and determines if it needs to be replaced or not. Well they didn't take any pictures and I'm supposed to just take their word apparently. Since i also didn't have pictures, the best i could hope for was getting the 150 dollar late fee waived. She agreed to waive the fee and said she'd email me an updated invoice.Well i never got any emails or phone calls for a month or two but yesterday i did get a letter from a collections agency saying i owe 800 dollars, so that was cool. These people seem to be grossly incompetent or are just straight up scumbags. Since i didn't have any pictures to fight this and i know I'd stand 0 chance in court against a giant property company, the only thing i could do was take the L and try to warn whoever is looking at this place to run.

Beautiful property, pool looks very small. Came by today to tour apartments, lady was helping a gentleman when we walked in. Did not greet us or let us know she’ll be with us soon. She finished up with the guy and instead of greeting us she decided to start a conversation with maintenance. Decidedly to leave after waiting and not being acknowledged whatsoever.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM ASPIRE AT FOSSIL CREEKCockroach infested-Poor Management-Lack of professionalismFound this place 2 months prior to moving, transferring from a WB property that I loved and lived in for 4 years. I put in the application in Dec, but getting the lease seemed to be a hassle. I was patient and continued to call and ask the status. Sent proof of income several times. I was told by Denise that I would have the lease the following week and that didn't happen. Got lease 1/24.Signed lease, forward mail, bought insurance, and hired movers. About a week before moving, Denise says apt not ready, late key turn in and other issues. When asked when it would be, got the runaround. Said she would call back, no call. I called and was told no date could be given. At this point, I was getting frustrated with the lack of information, urgency, and desire to resolve the issue and asked to speak to the supervisor. I received a call from the supervisor Megan and she finally was open about what was going on and said that the apt was completely infested w/ cockroaches. She said that they had sprayed it several times since the previous tenant left and it wasn't working. She said it was extremely bad and that she didn't know if they were coming out of the appliances or where the problem was and that it would not be ready (Gross).Megan said that she would find out what my options were and that if she didn't hear back from me that night, that she would call me first thing in the morning as my move in was for the upcoming week. I called back that evening and spoke to Denise. She gave me 2 options, one of which was the smaller apt on the first floor, the second one was for APT #531 which was bigger, more expensive, and directly below the apt that was overtaken by cockroaches. Megan said that she was not able to offer me the same rate on another apt as that would be against the fair housing act, which I later found out was not true, as she did end up changing the rate. I explained that I was not happy with this and that I wanted to speak to Megan again and asked Denise to have her call me first thing in the morning.Next day, no call from Megan. At this point I was up against the wall in trying to find a place. I ended up finding a new place and submitted the application that day. The new place had the best customer service, sense of urgency, and care. I got a call hours after applying and was told that everything was approved and was given the lease hours after applying (So the month wait from Denise was absurd). I called the apartments that I was currently living in to tell them the situation as I would have to extend my move out date. My apt complex was flabbergasted by my experience and the misinformation I was receiving. Denise called them to tell what they offered, and it was not the same thing that I was originally told.I asked to have the regional reach out to me directly. Megan gave me the direct line for the regional and I called to leave a message for her to return my call. To this day, I still have not received that call back from the regional which I am quite disappointed about and truly shows the lack to make things right.I lost a lot of money including deposit for movers, a hotel room for 3 nights as I was required to be in the office that week, as well as other random expenses. With all of this said and done, it is a blessing in disguise to save me from living in a cockroach infested apt with poor management, however, this was extremely stressful, and I wanted to be sure to leave a review so I could save someone else from finding this out when it's too late.

this complex got 1500 $ from my wallet because I made a minor damage at 1 feet square of the floor with a hot bowl so when we leave the apartment I got a bill for 1500 $ only for that little damage at the floor so take care with this administration and your wallet or bank account

This was the last straw. I have paid close to $1500 for a one bedroom apt for 3 years and displayed the parking placard all this time. Yet I get booted. The company they select Capital Towing, doesn't have a way to speak to a live individual. The leasing office isn't open until 10. The oncall facilities person has no solution other than calling the tow truck company or leasing office. The pool has been down most of the season the three years I've been here. When I put in a maintenance request, a majority of the time I have to follow up multiple times before getting a response. The "security" gates are down frequently. The "valet" trash will call off trash removal at the slightest inconvenience and there is only one trash bin on this massive complex. I would rather throw my trash out at a near by bin, then have to sit on what I have over several days, because of valet blackout. There are several people who operate motorcycles, cars with loud exhaust systems and play heavy base music into the early mornings most days, when everyone is trying to sleep. I haven't moved due to the inconvenience of having to pay and move. The apartment is clean and liveable. But, I'm paying high rent to be treated like trash. Don't move here despite the apartments being clean. You won't get anything more out of the absurdly priced rent. Update: After over 3 hours of trying to deal with Capital Towing(1 star average review on Google, Aspire Fossils Creeks choice) and the leasing office. Both sides washed their hands and pretty much said take them to court. Neither side offered to confirm placement of my parking tag. The office didn't offer to take any action past calling the tow company and saying it was their choice to waive the boot fee. I ended up having to pay $150 myself and take the thing off in pouring rain. Update 2: Denise took the boot from me on 11/6 and I was advised it would be taken care of. That has not happened, as I received an email from Capital Tow today 11/16 that they will charge me an additional $175 tomorrow if the boot is not returned. In calling the office, Denise stated that it has been in the storage closet in the office this entire week.

We love our home here! We are renewing for our 4th year. Aspire is very kid and dog friendly, office and maintenance are great, the pool is awesome. I only wish there was more parking, but I think that is pretty common for apartments, especially in DFW, so can't really complain about it.

My hot water has been going out all month and the maintenance never do anything about it. They keep saying to just reset the water heater but who has time to keep doing that throughout the day? I never had these problems and I’ve lived here over a year. When I put in a request for the water they waited days to come look and told me everything was fine. Yesterday and today, and a few more times last week the water has not been getting hot. If it’s fine then why does it keep going out…I also try calling the office but they never answer. It’s like all they do is come in and check the tap but don’t do anything further. It’s really annoying. Other than that the apt and the complex are fine.

My first apartment in 2019 and I loved it. Absolutely one of the best complexes in Fort Worth. So spacious with great square footage for the price. I love that it’s not far from the interstate making my commute to work super simple. Also there’s so many great places to eat, entertain or explore nearby. I lived here for about three years until they switched management in the office. They started picking about the smallest things after COVID (trash cans violations, parking). They would purposefully go around some days and hand out fines to everyone if trash bins weren’t out inside by 8 pm sharp. The new management and curly headed girly that works in front were rude, assuming they were trying to be strict but it felt like picking. Multiple neighbors begin moving out. Especially when they started towing cars at night and because crime increased in the complex. Anywho I ended up leaving and hating them for making me uncomfortable in a place I called home for 3 years! The only person worth noting in the office was AJ, she was always personable and sweet. And it definitely matters how management treats you. I hated feeling uncomfortable

Lived here for four years, we have had our ups and downs but overall I have enjoyed living here. With that being said the place is PRICY. A lot of communication issues with front staff, but they are always accommodating and we’re understanding when I raised concerns. Maintenance is knowledgeable and helpful!

I have called Aspire Fossil Creek home for the past year and a few months and I am grateful to have found them. Their price and quality combination is unmatched and they have always been reasonable. They maintain a great complex and I have never had any issues with anybody here. All of the office staff have been very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for an apartment in the Fort Worth area, look no further than Aspire Fossil Creek!
