I am out of town taking care of some business, and I broke a tooth off my denture. Received a next day appointment. The office staff was excellent. Repaired my denture to like new status. The office staff were kind, professional, and caring. Would definitely use again.

I was apprehensive about going to a Dentist due to unpleasant past experiences. From the moment I arrived until I left I had the best experience! Professional, friendly, organized, and the Dr and Hygienist made me feel at ease. The staff explained the process so I could understand my options. I will highly recommend this office. I can’t wait to get started towards a healthier and bright smile.

My wife got a “new patient” appointment same day as she had a crown fall off. It was an earlier appointment 930am, so she was thrilled to get in. We arrived 15 minutes early as requested and filled out all necessary info BEFORE appointment start time. They called her back 45 minutes AFTER her appointment, waited and waited then finally was seen by dentist for 3 minutes. Took a total of almost 2.5 hours. Ridiculous! I was in waiting room whole time and people left as they were way over time on their appointment start times. They also admitted to being over booked because they keep taking new appointments without having staff to accommodate. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Absolutely amazing experience I felt so well taken care of by complete staff there. Everyone was professional and welcoming. Service was in timely manner and gentle service took care of my needs overall. Definitely recommend !

I had such a positive experience at Aspen DentalIt was totally stress free from the receptionist to the doctor.Thank you Dr. Omar for putting me at ease after a ghastly experience with my previous dentist.My neighbor already said " ok , I'll go there "

Staff was very understanding, I have a fear of dentist and everyone made me feel comfortable and at ease. They gave me all my treatment options and what I need to do from there. Thank you all so much, I've had really bad experiences in the past and this was so easy and quick.

Everything was great! The staff is awesome and so are the doctors. I will definitely encourage others to go to Aspen for dental care. They were really great! The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because the dentures and my mouth hurt. It I would go back for care for sure.

I’ve recently had a dental procedure done @ Aspen. Everything went very smoothly . I appreciated the doctor’s precision& conscientiousness & that includes the same for all of the staff. The level of professionalism is great. I recommend this place if you’re looking for dental care in Westworth & Lake Worth.

Being a new patient, this has been the worst first impression I’ve ever had at a dentist. To begin with everyone was late including the DENTIST being that my appointment was at 7:30am. The doors finally opened at 7:42am. I waited 30 minutes to be called back . The dental assistant did do a good job at taking my X-rays though I’ll give them that . . . but it doesn’t stop there what really made me upset is that another patient who walked in around 8:15am got seen by the dentist before me, that being said I didn’t see the Dr. until 8:50am. I even over heard another patient saying “every time I come in here I have to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes and that’s with an appointment to get seen”. I don’t think I’ll ever be coming back here.

They should not even get a star! I think they pay their own people to leave high reviews.Anyway I try to make an appointment so NICCY (sorry if I misspelled) took my info name phone number member id group number and proceeded to tell me she'll call me back to confirm. No call , no confirmation... Anyway I decided to give them a call and I guess they were so lost to they didn't know why my phone or name wasn't listed in the system. I said we'll let me speak with a manager... that's when HEATHER office manager comes on the phone ... RUDE, CONDENSEDIN ATTITUDE...She proceeded to tell me well maybe we didn't confirm with insurance yet... I said we'll at least you'll could've called me to inform me either way ... she said we'll we didn't so ....She said if you'd came to the office for the appointment maybe we could've gotten you right then and there ...Really???? You are telling me that you couldn't confirm with my insurance how were you going to confirm with my insurance with me being there .Just so I can make the extra trip for no reasonIt looks to me they're a lazy , lying dental office. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME EVEN GOING THEREJEFFERSON dental down the street is way better.

Aspen Dental was amazing ! My experience was comforting from the exam to the surgery. I want to thank all the staff for such thorough information & their knowledge! I want to thank Kristin, the office manager for going above & beyond in every aspect & easing my anxiety & making me smile. As well as the Lead Assistant , The Doctor & Hygenist as well. Most importantly, I want to thank Dr. McCartney & 2 assistants during the procedure that really walked me through , talked with me & overall making it easy, less stressful & comforting ! It was a quick procedure as expected & I couldn’t be more happier ! Thank you Thank you! I’m feeling better already ! I shall return in near future ?

The staff was great. Although I will be going elsewhere for treatment only because they do not offer nitrous at this location and I have too much anxiety to do treatment without it. They called the location that does and scheduled me an appointment there.

Aspen Dental is a very good choice for anyone who needs excellent dental care. The front desk was very helpful with insurance coverage options and payment options on what my insurance did not cover. The dentist made sure to include all my options for dental care and let me know every step I needed for care of my teeth. He even included some teeth issues, that I was not aware of. The lady who assisted the dentist was helpful with all my questions. The lady who did x-ray was very nice and professional. I was able to take care of all my dental needs with the help of the front office lady. I left the office with worry free and a better smile then when I arrived. Very satisfied with my care at Aspen dental and would recommend this place to my family and friends.

I gave Aspen dental 5 stars because number one they genuinely care for the patients they’re willing to service you before they know if you have insurance or not. They have the state of the art equipment. Very caring staff and the environment is very peaceful and pleasant. I recommend dental practice to anyone who needs dental care Thank you Natasha and staff

I had an amazing experience there! The dentist and the staff were really helpful and it didn’t cost a whole lot. I recommend anyone who doesn’t have insurance or is looking for affordable dental care to at least include Aspen Care as an option.
