Had a car with an intermittent problem, Moritz Kia in Alliance did nothing but take my money then dodge my calls when they didn't fix it. This shop actually tried to figure out what was wrong with it instead of blowing me off. They take customer service seriously and don't try to fix what isn't broken.

Young Asian guy said I needed a new motor car was running hot u needed a thermostat he said freon was getting in the motor so I needed a new 1 I READ THE REVIEWS B4 I BROUGHT IT UP THERE A FEW PEOPLE ON HETE SAID THE SAME THING I'll nerves use them again.

This place is awesome! I took my 08 Honda Accord in 2016 to get the ac replaced. They did an amazing job. I just moved back and scheduled my 17 Honda Civic to get the rear brakes replaced. John is great! I was able to get a quote over the phone and dropped off the car today. I was able to pick it up same day. John was so nice and the pricing is reasonable!!! Smooth drop off/pick. My car feels new lol thank you!!

John is the best! Him and his father have been taking care of me for over 10 years with multiple cars. I just took my wife's car in for a tune-up, and he told me the computer didn't find anything. No Charge. Completely honest mechanic shop.

Took it there for a pretty big issue i thought they could get, motor mount and rear main seal. They refused to work saying that it was beyond what they didDid it myself in two days

I took a vehicle here for an check engine light and did not get the issue completely fixed. The reason they get 5 stars is because rather than ripping me off and continuing to “work” on the vehicle. The very nice gentleman/representative of the the shop told me that I should look for another shop or take it a dealership to get it fixed. He was also kind enough to discount the 1 service that was provided to fix one of the two issues.This place is great and their mechanics/ staff will give you the entire rundown.Thanks again!Service: Auto engine diagnostic
