This lady is very professional, helpful and nice I don't know where the color of skin has to do with anything. I just believe is a person low self esteem they need to work on fixing. I go in all the time and she always welcomes people.

Rude and not. Very welcoming! I guess because I was black the women assumed I was lost and just stumbled in with the wind. I won’t step foot in there again and I’m sure they could careless. Signed a licensed Cosmetologist!!!!

AWFUL, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've called twice and both times they've been so rude. I called to ask about something i was interested in getting and the women who answered the phone proceeds to go on about how the item i am asking about is "pricy". I rather drive my a** to keller then ever talk to lake worth armstrong mccall again.
