I was given the wrong address. It was a bldg. previously used and now vacant for a long time. This doesn't instill confidence in a company's professionalism.

The lab tech person who draws blood for serum is very good making the experience as painless as possible. The order is made up quickly and efficiently. They are now in another location not far from where they were before and there is a nice coffee shop across the street where you can have a quick snack while you wait for your order to be filled.
