Thes people literally towed our car out of our drive way in front of our home and we still had to pay 322 to get it out!! These guys are a freaking joke. Literally had family over because their washer and dryer broke and they had to use our for a couple of loads. They are just money hungry freaking people.

This is the towing company my apartment complex uses. They have completely stopped coming by here. I’ve called multiple times because people park in the spot I pay for. I get put on hold every time. There is vehicles parked illegally in multiple places at this apartment complex. But there is no way to get ahold of them to make a report. Terrible towing company.

IF YOU SEE THIS AND YOU HAVE BEEN WRONGFULLY TOWED REPORT THEM TO THE BBB FILE A COMPLAINT ALSO REPORT THEM TO THE TDLR AND FTC AFTER SO MANY COMPLAINTS THE GOVERNMENT CAN SHUT THEM DOWN/REVOKE THEIR LICENSE IF YOU HAVE BEEN TOWED IN AN APARTMENT COMPLEX PLEASE READ YOUR LEASE YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE GIVEN A 10 DAY NOTICE PRIOR TO BEING TOWED OR A 24 HOUR ONE TEXAS LAW THEY ARE REQUIRED TO LET YOU IN YOUR CAR WITHOUT PAYING A TOW FEE IF NOT CALL THE POLICE YOU CAN TAKE THEM TO COURT JUST FILE OUT THE FORM AND REQUST A HEARING ITS VERY SIMPLE STOP LETTING THIS COMPANY GET OVER ON HARD WORKING INDIVIDUALS JUST SO THEY CAN GET BY WITH THEIR TOW MONEY LOW LIFE INDIVIDUALS WORK AND OPERATE THIS COMPANY IF THEY KEEP DOING THINGS HOW THEY ARE THEY WONT STAY OPEN FOR LONG.

They wanna drag visitors cars out of Landen apartments in Irving even when you have a tag and parked in a non reserved lot for guests! Came outside and they had dragged the car out of the parking space so they quickly just dropped the car and left . Next time around it’ll be a court situation, Apollo! ?

Really be stealing and then saying it’s because the black stripped areas (the visitor words painted in black) are for residential purposes, told them we parked in a plane no colored spot so that couldn’t have been possible. They make up any excuse to make you pay 300+ for no reason plus a holding it fee when it was only in there for 6 hours bc a mfs gotta sleep after my 12 hour shift from 12-12. Didn’t have a ride home from work bc I have my partner pick me up, then made me late to work on getting the mf car back still throwing excuses, wouldn’t even let me back to see my car. Wouldn’t tell me if my car was in their lot or not, saying it wasn’t listed and that they put in there system immediately, called the police, come to find out THEY LIED. Worst company ever. Hope someone sues really soon because you can only tow illegally so many times before you fw the wrong ones. Also apartment complex doesn’t have any towing signs.

They had towed my vehicle and careless driver not only damaged it but dropped and dragged it!! I was highly upset at the retrieval of my vehicles condition when it was perfectly fine before it was towed!!! I filed a damage claim and called to speak with higher ups, to be told with an emotionless response to “an unapologetic attitude “ toward my concerns and questions to my and have yet to get back to me on my claim for the repairs because they don’t do that at the location and they told me to speak to manager there. What kind of joke is this company? Your driver damages a vehicle but you can’t follow up on either claim or the carelessness and poor excuse of the driver?

This towing company is trash. Every time I need to get a car towed for parking in my parking spot, it takes them hours to come. By then the car is gone. But this company is always doing late night creeping to tow people cars who are resting peacefully. Put some of that energy in coming when I calll to get a car towed in my spot.

WARNING TO OTHERS WHO USE APOLLO TOWING: They jacked up and damaged the undercarriage portion of my car when they towed it. The car now makes a distinct cracking and grinding sound that you can feel from vibrations as well. They picked up my vehicle from DAKOTA BISHOP ARTS DALLAS and went barely 3-5mi to drop off. WRITING IN REVIEW AND WRITING BECAUSE THEY’LL NEVER TAKE LIABILITY NOR WILL THEY MAKE THEIR DRIVERS THINK ABOUT HOW THEY DAMAGE VEHICLES. DONT DRIVE OFF THE LOT UNTIL YOU’VE FULLY INSPECTED YOUR VEHICLE. THEY ARE BASED IN FORT WORTH, ALTHOUGH THIS PARTICULAR “WONDERFUL” BUSINESS IS BASED IN DALLAS OFF OF SINGLETON.

This company towed my vehicle and damaged the entire drivers side, headlight paint job and fender. They told me to get 3 estimates which all came up to over $2500 each! I wasn’t given a verification that they received my information and this company doesn’t have anyone to speak with after they tear your car up!! Nobody!! No corporate number, no manager, nothing and the receptionist hung up on my face for asking. This company is very unprofessional and need to hire better drivers. I’m definitely suing
