After a failed attempt to fix my eyeglasses using a repair kit I came into the store desperate for help. I was greeted warmly and was helped and got my glasses fixed right away. Special thanks to Brenda and Josh for fixing my glasses! I will definitely be coming back for some contacts.

Went to get new frames because the first ones I had broke. Two employees by the names of Isa and Josh went out of their way to find me a new frame at a cheap price that were the most similar. Thanks to the new pair being plastic, they were able to mold them to the shape of my lenses and give them to me in the next couple of minutes. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Maybe I'm the exception but in speaking with the Doctor during my visit, I advised her of my current contact lens prescription and we discussed what I needed. She advised that she would bump my prescription up so I could see better. Contacts get ordered and low and behold, the prescription is the same as my prior contacts, but of course, my blind azz cannot see the prescription on the side of the box until I had opened a box and placed a pair in my eyes to wear. I made another trip to the store to have my prescription and order verified, and that is when I found out the Dr didn't adjust my prescription as promised. Although it was not my mistake, they are not going to refund my expenses on the open box of contacts. This was just the latter part of my ordeal with this location. First time and last time I will do business with this company.

Purchased some glasses with progressive lenses and had constant problems with the frames and lenses. The lenses had a fish bowl effect and caused dizziness. I had the frames adjusted 5 times within a two week period. When I complained about the lenses after a 4 week adjustment period, I had to pay $70 for an upgrade. The new lenses are much worse and the optometrist refused to re exam my eyes. $500 down the drain. I will never go back there again!

One of The Best America’s Best stores I’ve had the pleasure of visiting. I’ve been a client of America’s Best in other states. I recently moved to Texas from Georgia. I purchased several pairs of glasses from this location and I am very pleased and impressed with the service, professionalism, and helpfulness of the entire staff! Kevin, the manager, and all of the ladies on staff from the front desk to the examiners and glass adjusters are excellent! They aim to please and are committed to excellent customer service.
