Went in the other day because the AB by me was already booked for the day and I called this one and was able to be booked immediately. The store was fully remote and there were a lot of delays due to the doctors not being in office, but the amazing staff that was there did such an incredible job! Shout out to the store manager Nina! She was a rockstar and was so attentive to my needs and very apologetic for the wait. Nina and staff, if you’re seeing this you guys were all amazing! Thank you for taking the time to help me and everybody else in the store with me with my new eyeglasses purchase!

I had an exceptional experience with Nina and Elisa during my recent visit. Their customer service was remarkable, as it always is. When I needed to make a return, they were incredibly patient and supportive throughout the entire exchange process. Went today to get a new set of glasses and everyone in the office was extremely helpful and attentive. We appreciate the amazing help we received from Nina. She was working diligently to help all the patients waiting feel comfortable as we were experiencing longer wait times for the online exams. This staff is awesome, Thank you for your service

Acted like they didn’t want me to try the trial pairs on to see what color contacts I wanted but the ladies that did my exam was very nice!

I had an amazing experience with the the great service and attention I received at Americas Best contact and eyeglasses on 2644 East Berry street FortWorth Tx the doctor and nurse that checked me out and worked in such a professional way. Also when I was leaving the associate Elisa help me out on getting the deals for my proscription glasses and adding additional things so that I can wear my glasses with comfort and she dispatched me in a good manner. I will come back to this location for my eye care. I recommend this location.

So I drove to this location for a appointment my daughter had just to have my appointment canceled at 105 when the appointment was at 1 when the receptionist told us when I called we had a 10min grace period and we got there at 1:11 this is a joke they obviously don’t want new patients and the doctors don’t care I recommend going somewhere worse service I ever had
