Experienced the most amazing service from the entire staff here. Initially I had ordered glasses and had them shipped to my address. However due to UPS error they were not delivered to the correct address.
These wonderful ladies had my order made again and allowed me to pick up in store. I was impressed with how much they did for me. I would definitely recommend. Thank you ladies you made my life so much easier.

I visited the location on 11/01/2024 I was seen by Dr. Moss who was so thorough with the entire exam this was my first time getting an exam Very happy with the service I received. Blanca was just amazing with getting me checked in. Sarah did such a great job explaining all the exam process she took really cool photos of my eyes to check the health of my eyes. very Impressed with the whole exam experience. Victoria and Princes helped with the selection of my glasses, I can’t wait to receive my glasses! Princes you have such a phenomenal team from the moment I walked through the door I felt a warm welcome and the care y’all have for patients speaks volumes. What a great team you have!!! I will definitely promote your business to my family and friends.

I came in to pick up my glasses again after returning them to having my transitions changed to a darker lenses. And Carrie, was a lot of help with sizing, cleaning and answering every question I had about the new pair when she gave them to me!!! I am definitely going to be a returning patient/ customer at this location. ?

I sat on my glasses on a trip to a wedding in Fort Worth and Odalys saved my entire weekend in just 2 minutes! She bent them back into shape, straightened out the crookedness, and cleaned them in record time. Excellent service all around!
