I’ve had eye issues my whole life, I’ve been coming to americas best in alliance for over 4 years others have opened that are closer but I keep coming back here bc the dr knocks it out of the park everytime. Literally everytime I leave I’m shocked at how much better I can see. Always feel like a whole new women! Love it I can’t recommend enough! The staff is super kind as well!

Stacy was so thorough and patient with this process. I have a complicated prescription and lens size, but she made sure to answer all of my questions without rushing. She had several people waiting, but delegated and ran the office smoothly with her time management skills.

I initially left a 1 star review as I had a few hiccups with the staff & getting my contacts . I HIGHLY recommend stating your grievance and contacting the email provided from corporate . Mr. Bates was very polite and contacted me the very next day! He explained everything and reassured my situation will be fixed .
I appreciate that greatly . Good customer service is hard to come by these days . I understand people make mistakes and life happens , but being polite and honest goes a LONG WAY with me.
Despite what I went through, I still recommend Americas Best (My initial visit went GREAT, just few hiccups afterwards) because they fixed my problem immediately after I contacted them . Most businesses don't do that .

The wait time here to check out is a no no. I’ve been coming here for years and that’s been a consistent problem. Don’t make an appointment here if you have any other things on your agenda, because it’s not an easy in and out ever.

Had my appointment a while back and have had no trouble at all. Stacy was awesome and helped ensure everything went smoothly. If you need to get your glasses go to this location even if it's a drive it's worth it.

If you want to have horrible eye strain headaches because your glasses are repeatedly screwed up, this is the place to go. They’re even so confident in their product that they’ll cancel the appt you finally made to get it fixed without telling you just 35 mins before your appt if you don’t complete the same paperwork they’ve had on file for YEARS beforehand. I do think their docs actually perform fantastic exams and write the correct script but if it’s complicated AT ALL, better believe their product will NOT be what the doc or you ordered. Happy seeing!

Absolutely love this store. The guy I worked with was funny and helpful. I can't remember his name but he said he usually works at the Hulen store. He was a blast to talk to and deserves a fat raise. Customer for life.
