RIDICULOUS!! We purchased our tires brand new here, any respectable tire shop warrants their tires from nails/screws for a certain tire life. We show up & they tell us they’d have to charge us to patch the hole, they were willing to insert a plug for free but not install a patch. We ended up paying $20 for a patch.

Always prompt and friendly service been coming here since about 2015 for tires, tire plugs and my inspection. Today I paid $7.00 for my tire to be plugged. When another shop was trying to charge $24.99 plus tax in Euless.

Sam the owner is the only person is there good. other people I don't trust. Specially the one with the specs on . The Spanish kinda older guy he is very rude . Don't trust that guy he is very rude and don't even care about the work . He defiantly ruin your vehicle.

SAM the Kurdish guy wearing glasses he has very bad attitude, he was not listening when I was talking to him,I took my camrt to change my AC Air compressor, the mechanic disconnected both cable of the horn and didn't connect it back,next day I noticed my horn was not working I took it to other mechanic charged me $100 just to connect the horn cables,because the mechanic was looking for other fuses and he counted the labor work,it is because of Sam and his mechanic .
When I called Sam to explain you guys forgot the horn cables, he wasn't listening he was kept saying we didn't do it,which they did it,that horn cables are not disconnected by it self and both at the same time

Terrible! Taking money is the only thing they want, they are not interested in the service they provide. I went for an oil change. I gave them my car in miles, they returned me with the dashboard in kilometers, so I will have to change the oil within 3000 kilometers, that is, it will last half as long as it lasts in miles.
My conclusion is that they left half the oil or maybe they didn't make the change. In addition, they charged me a fee and then I realized that the sign says “oil change for 19.99” if I had read the bad comments they have before going, I would not have gone.
But if you read my review, try to avoid going to this place. It is obvious that they are dishonest. If they scam you with a simple oil change that is not an exaggerated value of money and that is “simple” to perform, I don't want to imagine what things they could do to your car in more serious cases.
