Worst experience I’ve ever had in a store. The clothes was really cute so me, my sister, and my friend were just browsing and the staff kept staring at us and following us around(were Latina). They also kept radioing each other and didn’t even have the decency to try and hide it. No
decorum at all.

Staff not friendly- nina specifically. she just kept watching me but never engaged with me. when i went to the fitting room for a 2nd time she was like “a fitting room AGAIN?”

I have been shopping at Altered state for a very long time, and always came in with my mother. We’ve always been treated as annoyances and felt rushed the whole time. This time me and my friend went alone and were treaded horribly, the staff was super rude and made remarks such as “wow you guys took so long, I forgot y’all were here” and made me and my friend feel unwanted. We both bought several items, so we weren’t in there loitering, but were treated as such. Every staff member was the same in the way they spoke to us and treated our request, such as help getting items down. Overall the experience was miserable and makes me doubt purchasing from Altered state just to avoid interaction with the staff.

I was just in the store shopping with my daughter. We spent a pretty penny. The clerks in the store were rude, aloof and acted like we were putting them out. After my daughter had decided on the clothes she wanted we went to the cashier station to pay for her selections and stood for over 10 minutes for someone to come, at which time I got irritated and tired of waiting-so I searched around the store for someone to help us. The cashier was extremely rude as I paid hundreds of dollars.My daughter loves the clothes there but we will find other stores in with just as cute clothes. In other words we will not be back.

I love the clothes at this store and have shopped here for a long time. My mom and I went shopping here today and the staff was extremely rude. We asked for help getting some clothes down and were treated like the biggest inconvenience. When we went to check out (nearly $300 worth) the young lady checking us out was so rude and sighed at us for counting our cash to insure the proper amount. Not one employee was nice and it makes me wish I hadn’t bought anything. Will not be returning to this location.

Love the clothes shop this brand regularly, had one of the worst experiences today. She happens to be the manager “Maddy”. Made me very uncomfortable my entire shopping. Will not be shopping at this location anymore.She’s very impolite and could use some training. “Leave the problems at home don’t bring them to work”. I’ve probably spent more than she will ever make working here. Very disappointed with the whole experience.

We just wanted to let you know about the great customer service experience we had today at the Fort Worth store. Isabella, Emma and Patty were so kind and helpful with an issue we had with a pair of jeans we exchanged. It was handled easily and they were all so patient and friendly even as we were there at a very busy time. All three of them went out of their way to be sure our problem was resolved to our satisfaction. Every time we visit this location, all of the employees are very welcoming, friendly, courteous and helpful. Whomever is doing the hiring and training at this store is doing a great job! We are customers for life!

The clothes is cute but the staffs attitude is ugly. They refused to let us in during a storm. We had to sit in our car while golf-sized hail pelted our car and we couldn’t move until it passed. They did nothing but watch us as we sat in our car. Watched as other people tried seeking shelter in their store and they didn’t let them in.
