My wife and I have been going to Alpine for a couple years. It is our favorite place to shoot and shop. All the staff is very friendly and professional. Angel, and Mikey always go above and beyond. The range staff is always helpful with shooting tips and very knowledgeable. Alpine always has very good sales throughout the year as well. Highly recommended!

I WENT YESTERDAY TO THE RANGE FOR A FEW HOURS AND WAS DISGUSTED AT THE RANGE OFFICER'S MANNERISM WHEN DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC. HE WAS A YOUNG MALE, LATE 20'S OR EARLY 30'S, AND HAD A MUSTACHE. HE YELLED WHEN IN HIS OPINION SOMETHING WAS WRONG. HE SHOULD HAVE APPROACHED WHO EVER HE WAS YELLING AND RESPECTFULLY ADDRESS HIS CONCERN(S) AS NEEDED. HE WASN'T IN THE AREA THAT WE WERE AND WE HAD TO FLAG HIM DOWN FROM THE CENTER FIRE RIFLE AREAS. I HOPE THAT MANAGEMENT STRESSES TO ITS RANGE PERSONNEL THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING COURTEOUS AND RESPECTFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC. I ALSO WOULD SUGGEST THAT RANGE OFFICERS WEAR SOME KIND OF NAME TAG FOR ID PURPOSES. THIS WOULD HELP IN ADDRESSING ANY CONCERNS OR COMPLIMENTS THAT THE PUBLIC MAY HAVE. THE RANGE STAFF AT THE CHECK IN COUNTER AT THE GUN STORE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL. MAYBE THE RANGE OFFICERS CAN LEARN SOMETHING FROM THE FRONT STAFF. I DEALT WITH THE PUBLIC FOR MANY YEARS (IN THE MILITARY AND IN PUBLIC SAFETY) AND ALWAYS STRIVED TO BE RESPECTFUL. BEING RESPECTFUL AND PROFESSIONAL DOESN'T MEAN THAT ONE HAS TO BE A FRIEND OR LIKE A PERSON. I HOPE THAT THE MANAGEMENT TAKES THIS CONCERN SERIOUSLY AND ADDRESSES IT ACCORDINGLY. IT MAY HELP TO HAVE A RANGE OFFICER IN THE AREAS THAT ARE HOT OR MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC ARE PRESENT TO CUT DOWN ON THE FLAGGING DOWN AND IMPROVE SAFETY AND SECURITY FOR ALL.SBEE

Experience at Alpine Shooting Range: An Honest ReviewLack of ProfessionalismDuring my recent visit to the Alpine Shooting Range, I was dismayed by the lack of professionalism exhibited by some of the staff members. The facility itself was not well maintained (but does offer a variety of shooting lanes) the overall organization and clear communication among the staff were very lacking. I observed instances where the staff failed to provide clear instructions, leading to confusion among visitors and a lack of structured safety orientation for new users. This disregard for proper organization and safety protocols was disappointing and did not meet the expected standard of professionalism.Lack of Firearms ProficiencyMy observations regarding firearms proficiency at the range were mixed. The lack of attentiveness to safety precautions and proper firearm handling among the staff members was concerning. (In particular, the individuals in this photo) This compromised the overall safety and enjoyment of the shooting experience.Rudeness and Disrespectful BehaviorRegrettably, I encountered instances of rudeness from both staff members and other range users during my time at the Alpine Shooting Range. The lack of courteous and respectful communication from certain staff members, coupled with disrespectful behavior from other visitors, created a negative and unwelcoming atmosphere. These experiences detracted from the overall enjoyment of the shooting range and significantly impacted the overall impression of the facility. In conclusion, my experience at the Alpine Shooting Range was tarnished by the observed lack of professionalism, questionable firearms proficiency, and encounters with rudeness and disrespect. In response, we will be joining another range in Dallas; a site much cleaner and more professional.(PS: I see the rumors about the staff members scratching their heads with their pistols is more fact than myth)

Took my Pulsar Talion XQ38 Thermal to have it sighted in on my Air Force Texan 457 Air Gun. They did a fantastic job as I can drive a tack at 50 yards with my gun. Thanks Alpine

Solid range, nice staff and good targets. One of few ranges that has shotgun lanes that don't require slugs.

I'd never place on online firearm order before, but Alpine Range made the transaction super easy and smooth. And being it was my 1st ever online order, not only did I communicate by email, but I also called. All my questions were answered and shipping was FAST! When it's time for me to look for another firearm, Alpine Range will be one of the 1st places to check for pricing because I already know their service is top notch!

Had so much fun out there today! The Range Officers were very well trained respectful and attentive. They answered my many questions and were very patient with this first timer. I learned a lot about holding shooting and safety with a gun. They all had so much knowledge from some serious experience. Much respect should be held for these guys.Alpine is defiantly somewhere we will go again very soon.

The pullers are all very friendly on the skeet field. Sporting clay field is nice if you're using a golf cart. You can't use FMJ on rifle range (okay for pistol range) rifle range is limited to 100 yards. The steel range needs a lot of work. More than 1/2 of the targets are broken. Overall we still like shooting at Alpine and I would recommend.
