This is my second storage, and probably my last. From the beginning to the end, the entire process was easy and smooth. I'm saving money on rent plus a up-size in unit... The property manager was very patient, and took her time explaining and answering all question. Recommend this to anyone!!!!!

I wanna start by saying. Good customer service is like a unicorn these days. Having said that. This storage place gives me hope that it still exists! I was treated so good! The lady at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. Anything we needed. She bent over backwards to do what was possible. Thank you!

Lori really took the time to explain the digital contract, gate code instructions, selecting the best lock for my needs and exactly how to get to the unit.In this time of COVID where we are required to be distanced, it was nice that she went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed.
