My only issue was I cannot give him 10 stars. Kamal is fantastic. My daughter was involved in a minor collision. He was able to except the car on a Saturday and had it out the following week. The updates were perfect he even buffed out the rear bumper. Quite honestly the car looks nicer now than when she purchased it. Also TCU friendly! I can't say enough about this body shop, highly recommended. As parents being out of state, it was difficult to choose a body shop we were not disappointed. For a change, you could actually believe all of the positive reviews.

I have taken my 2007 Prius to All Auto three times, all for an AC issue. First, I was out of freon. They charged me $70 to recharge the freon. Then, my AC stopped working altogether, and they diagnosed the problem (blower motor had broken). This week, my freon was again out. They had quoted me $70 to add freon and dye to see where the freon was leaking from, with the cost to the repair the leak TBD based on where it's coming from. Well, Priuses apparently cannot have dye, so instead, they added freon and listened to the system to see where it might be leaking from. Needless to say, it was a longer process than had they used dye. When I went to pick up the car, they told me where the leak was coming from. I chose not to fix it, but I still had to pay them for their work and for adding freon. Instead of the $70 he quoted me, he only charged me $50. I did not ask for a discount, but I appreciated the service and the value. Next time my car needs a repair, I will not hesitate to bring it to All Auto.

I am here right now with the Owner and he went out of his way today to help me. Made sure I had everything I needed . Left me with no questions at all about anything. If you're looking for a trustworthy mechanic with affordable prices look no further. I've live in DFW for 4 years now and been to many different mechanics an auto repair stores but this place is hands down the best I've been too, very honest, and I always leave satisfied. I had some collision damage to my vehicle and the insurance adjuster quoted it would be ready in about a week but when I called the shop the next day they said it would be ready in 3 days!! Not my first time in and definitely won't be my last! If anyone is looking for a trustworthy mechanic look no further!

Insurance listed my car as a total loss after I took it in to the collision repair shop they wanted. I decided to keep my car and had it all fixed up here for $1600 less than the place my insurance had me go. My car looks great and the job was finished quickly. Huge fan of the customer service here and have continued to come here for everything now including having my turbo replaced. Highly recommend!

I normally don't do reviews, but I am extremely pleased with the service at this shop. Everyone is extremely nice, professional and helpful. I purchased my first car here and I am really happy i chose this place. All my questions were answered and i didn't spend my entire day here. Definitely getting my car maintenance here and honestly don't see myself going anywhere else! Will be recommending all my family and friends to this shop. 10/10!

After asking tons of people for recommendations and getting nowhere, I turned to google and found this shop. Kamal was very helpful, personable, and straightforward. The work on my car was done well, quickly, and was extremely affordable. I expected to get gouged (just based on personal experiences at most dealerships/body shops) but was pleasantly surprised. Between the customer service, quality, timeliness, and affordability, I would absolutely recommend this shop for your maintenance and repair needs.
