Showed up at ten forty five p m only to find the doors locked. You see,
Alberson's closes at 11 PM.And I have gone inside at ten forty five several times when i've only needed to grab one or two things. But this time.
Not only were the doors locked, when I knocked on the door the lady in the picture below Just looked at me and turned right back around. As I'm yelling to the door "it's 1045.You don't close for another fifteen minutes. " Anytime, I've gone in late, I've always made sure that I'm at the Register And Checked out before 11 PM.I have no idea why they chose to lock the doors at 10:45 and refuse a sale but it sure p***** me off.Because now I have to drive ten to fifteen minutes away to another grocery store just to get two items..

I would give zero Stars if I could. Store associate Harishi helps the (White) customer in front of me. Then leaves register I was completely ignored by her she doesn't even apologize. I get being pressed for time but don't ignore me like I'm not there. Walks to the parking lot walks back in the store and ignores me a second time.(Twice) I'm taller and bigger than her so no way she couldn't have not seen me. The store has some employees there that need to work on their customer service.

I went to buy Fried Chicken for my kids but unfortunately the guy behind the counter (BALD, Middle aged guy with sunglasses) was rude, he raised his voice at me when I was so courteous on saying what I wanted and how many pieces, he basically blurt out loud that he does not have enough and need to cook more chicken so I just said whatever he has in there it's ok with me, he looks so angry and stressed out. I love going in there, because my kids love their fried chicken but that man shouldn't be working in there and needs to have seminar on customer service.

Do not ever get a prescription filled here. The delivery service delivers it to the wrong address . We have told them a hundred times the correct address, and it still goes to the wrong one. Waiting on a prescription only to find out that they are out of it after fifteen minutes of waiting.

Went in today to turn in some coins into the machine they have and pick up a few things. Since the voucher said to bring it to a cashier we went to cashier line instead of using self check out like we usually do. While checking out in the cashiers line the cashier Amanda had received a phone call, She was upset by this exchange on the phone, she mentioned two people’s names stated that they said she didn’t have to stay her while shift, after getting off the phone she was very visibly upset and muttered to herself that she just shouldn’t have came in today. Her attitude towards us changed very fast, she was also very rude about our cash voucher towards us and towards the associate who came to help approve the transaction. We usually don’t have an experience like this but we also usually use self checkout and I wish we still would’ve done that. We tried calling to let them know about this interaction but after being transferred twice our call was dropped.
