Usually go to the one in WhiteSettlement but the last 2 times I was closer to the Green Oaks location (south freeway FTW) Still a great store to shop at but I'm starting to notice that there is a very big difference in the way you're treated at the "Customer Service Desk" at this location. I think maybe management here should rethink the duties to be performed there. At this location, the CS desk is also a fulltime checkout lane. These workers have more to do than the other checkout lanes because they're the ones that have to take care of 95% of customer complaints, do- overs, etc. They seem to be aggravated most of the time having to answer questions and solve problems while taking care of an impatient line. If there is a customer with an issue that takes a bit of time to resolve, the line just keeps growing because these patrons have very few items and are anxious and their impatience is sent to the employee which in turn changes their disposition ( understandably) and makes for an unfriendly visit as well as causing the worker to hurry & therefore make mistakes. Both these last 2 visits of mine, my receipt/charges were incorrect and though the cashier agreed, they rushed to get me out of the way to take care of the others "impatiently" waiting in line, & she still didn't get it right. Didn't realize it was still wrong until I got home. .62 and $1.31 isn't much, but it mine. So that's a combined total of $1.93 that I've had to pay just to shop at this location. No more.On a second note the employees reflect the attitude of their daytime manager here...02/06/24. I know I said "No Mas", but I found myself at this location again due to transportation issues and I'm sorry to say, that the only thing that seems to have changed is maybe the mngr (didn't see HER) & the fact that they've moved some of the "redo" issues away from the customer service lane or maybe the CS lane just wasn't opened. Anyway, I had an issue with my receipt again ( overcharge). Showed it to who I "think" was a mngr (she had override authority) & even after I showed her on the app the item was checked and it was on sale, she did everything she could to make it to have been something I did or did not do. After dispelling all her concerns, she reluctantly gave me my money back. It was all too obvious that she didn't want to. I'm starting to think that this location has a "do all you can to not refund anything" rather than, "the customer is right". If I can help it, my goal is to not ever return to this location. Let me say that I've never had an issue with a regular employee, it's always been with a mngr. Sad. SMH. I'll keep it at 2 stars.???

I just wanted to let someone know that I really appreciate the customer service from the cashier name Caden and also the customer service rep name Ryan. I was having some issues figuring out the app and using the digital coupons and both of these guys were a great help thank you so much!

I enjoy coming here. They always have a sale. Some of the associates can be helpful. The check outlines can be long at all the wrong times.

Albertson's sent me an email for a free donut because, I'm a Albertson's For You Member so, I headed there. Lol. I didn't know they had a Donut section? I got there mid afternoon. Most of the Donuts were picked over and gone, of course. I noticed the price of a donut is $99 cents, not bad. I opted for a pretty Valentine Donut. I started Valentine's early. Lol. My Donut had Vanilla Icing with Red Hearts, really cute! My Donut was a good size and was really sweet. I would purchase again and would by for someone else. If you go to Albertsons, check out their Donuts in the Bakery. I am sure you will find a sweet treat for your sweet tooth.

I went in last Monday evening and both lines were very very slow. The first line the checker was just standing and looking at the customer at the check out. Did not say anything to anyone in line, made no eye contact, but it became evident a manger had been called. It looked like it would take a while, so I went to the other line. Some other issue arose, and that line cease moving. I asked about self check out and was told no. That was it, just no. The first line started moving again so I went back since I did not want my elderly father to wait long in the freezing weather. This time, I made it to the cashier, who was incredibly slow. I had three items but I might as well have had 30 for the time it took. Then after she bagged them, she set them next to her, slightly behind where her body met the counter on her side. She then turned to start with the next customer. I asked her to please hand me my bags. She glanced at me, then turned away and picked up the next item. I asked her, a bit louder, to please hand me the bags as I could not reach them. She looked at me and then she started to admonish me I guess for using more volume since I could not tell if she heard me from her lack of acknowledgment to my first request. I asked her again to please hand me my bags and she took on that I-am-gonna-lecture-you-on-manners look and I lost it right then. I had to go up on my toes, lean across the counter which pressed hard into my gut to reach the items I had just purchased. I was upset, trying to get back to my 82 year old father waiting in the freezing parking lot quickly and she wanted to tell me off for bad manners all because she does not have the presence of mind to do the most basic of customer service and make sure I have my items in reach. I was done, I was already tired and had not had my dinner so I did curse at her. That I will apologize for, but she caused the situation. I am also in customer service and I NEVER keep the customer's purchases out of reach once paid for, nor do I admonish them for asking to receive their purchase once the receipt has printed. This is the only negative experience I have had in your store. Do NOT lecture customers on manners if you cannot hand them their purchase when asked nicely. I do not ask so nice the third time. I am upset this experience made me lose my cool. Never have I had to almost physically climb the register stand to acquire my purchases before and I hope to never have to again. I am nearing 60 and this is no way to treat elders.

Didn’t experience any of the issues with cashiers that were mentioned. Average store nothing special. Had what I needed.

I feel weird at this store, like Rod Serling is going to step out and start monologuing when I shop here. Not sure why. If you need groceries, you can get them here, but keep an eye out for gremlins and interdimensional portals. You never know.

This will be the first time i have to give a less than stellar review. I visited this place on the way home to get a few items. I had some items in my app that were clipped and as i was checking out the discounts were not applied. I asked the clerk to help resolve the issue was given the longest run around of my lifetime. I was told i needed to change the location to that specific store and once i did the discounts still did not apply. I was then told its because i dont have the items clipped and once i showed them no matter what store i choose its shows clipped. Now I am by no means an unreasonable person but if you are looking at my phone and see its clipped why are you not able to just give me the item at the price listed. So i politely ask for the manager and after waiting a few i was told they were busy on a call. So i go to my normal Albertson (Lake Worth) and get the items and low and behold the discounts apply. I chat up the employee which she was so nice and told her about the issue i had at this one and she was like that makes no sense. Explains that the other store could have easily updated the cart to give the discounts and says it sounded like the person/store just didnt want to be bothered. The store itself is nice and clean but the customer service is by far not the best. So this review is only based on the service i received.

There is very poor customer service here. For some reason, the app doesn't work here, so you can't get any deals. Albertsons has prices as high as Whole Foods. The only reason I occasionally shop at these stores is for the app deals. Even though I had ALL deals that I wanted clipped in the app, the app doesn't work here unless supposedly you change it to this location. That is what a cashier and "bookkeeper" (???that is what she referred to herself as). But, the app does NOT allow you to change to this ONE location. Even Walmart doesn't do foolishness like this with their app. The "bookkeeper" told me that "the app does not work here." WTH?!! Hmmmm....,perhaps this is why Albertsons is currently in bankruptcy proceedings - high prices & a janky app.

People that work here are rude and hate their jobs. Never more than 2 cashiers with lines going down the isles. I hope this store gets shutdown!

Please please please hire better cashiers! I am tired of being treated like an inconvenience when I shop here. The customer service is atrocious.Cashiers will have full on personal conversations and/or fight with each other as they are checking people out. So inappropriate! Either that or please get a self-check out like the rest of the world.Products are also always expired at this store as well. I’m constantly having to return things because they are spoiled.

This location has by far the WORST cashiers ever! Was in last night and had another terrible experience with cashier, Jodi. (Not the first time, but I’m fed up) She needs to be replaced with a machine, seriously. I don’t need the eye rolling, mumbling under her breath, and slamming of the cash register as I’m being checked out. Sorry that you have to work, I don’t think making customers uncomfortable is the answer though. Get a self check out! Also, maybe have employees take their smoke breaks in the back. They are constantly by the front door chain smoking as we walk in. Not a great look.

I went to this location as I have many times as this experience was one of the worse. I stood at the deli counter for a few minutes figured they were busy and I’d be patient however the woman with the net on her head proceed to walk by me multiple times and not acknowledge my existence. I guess I am A ghost however when a couple came up to the counter for chicken she made sure to acknowledge them and try and help. Not once was I told Just a min someone will be right with you, or that she would grab someone who could help me as I was Just standing there. This is unacceptable. I won’t be returning I will Spend my money elsewhere maybe somewhere that actually acknowledges their customers.
