I highly recommend the Northside Drive Airgas store. I've purchased liquid nitrogen from several stores both nationally and internationally, and I've never had as easy of a time with purchases as here. Staff is friendly, communicative, and knowledgeable, providing excellent and speedy service every time. There's nowhere else I'd rather go in the area.

Excellent customer service. I called several companies looking for a plasma cutter and was told nothing available nor could be located for miles. Spoke with Ruben Arellano and he indicated that they had none in stock but would try and locate one. I received a call back and was told he could have it at shipped to his location for pick up Monday by 8:am. It was available for pick up on Friday evening. He went well above my expectations and gained a loyal customer. I will recommend anyone to contact Ruben Arellano, as he has proven himself with his excellent customer service

Came in to pick up a 20lb co2 tank and see if I could get a better price than their competitors and Paul and Ruben worked their magic and got me better pricing.Great customer service and appreciation.

This is my go to place for all my welding needs! Amazing customer service. Today I went in looking to swap out a bottle but they had just ran out. Ruben got on the computer and located one for me. He even went as far as calling them to make sure they had it in stock. He did all the work. I paid him, he gave me my receipt and all I had to do was go just pick it up. EASY!Ruben Rocks!!

Ruben at the Airgas store in the Fort Worth, Northside store was phenomenal last Friday. He went far and beyond by helping me install couplings to my leads that I purchased there for my bobcat welder. If all vendors were like this it would make everyone's lives at a lot easier.

I was in dire need for Co2 for my restaurant and Airgas came to the rescue. They had it in stock! The manager was so kind and helpful, he even gave me a grape flavored ice to help cool down in the extreme heat. It's great to have an alternative for my co2 needs and with great customer service like that, we will be back!
