There is a reason there are so many 5-star reviews. Customer service, customer service, customer service. Combine that with a climate controlled facility at a reasonable price in Fort Worth - and we have a clear winner for my business. I'm constantly impressed by my interactions with the team at Bell Air, especially Lisa. Thank you!

These guys are great with great prices and everything is kept indoors with incredible staff and tons of options for moving your stuff from the vehicle into your unit. These people who are friendly and trustworthy and I also had a backup key stored there by choice in case I lost or forgot mine and never had an issue. If you mention my name, I bet you they'll even remember me. That's the friendly environment this place has with grade service and quality of taking care of You're belongings!.

I had to move my Airstream camper off the street for a couple of months while I had renovations done to my back driveway. The folks at Bell Air Storage made it really easy to arrange a 30-ft. space behind their storage warehouse. Best of all, I had 24-hour access, which made it super convenient when it was time to bring the camper back home last Sunday. The facility on the inside looks well maintained and secure. I will use Bell Air again when I have storage needs.

I'm a long time customer of Bell Air Storage. It's a nice and secure place to store your extra items! The hours open are very good. Lisa, the manager, is great to work with! The owner is very nice, too! I highly recommend Bell Air Storage for either you're temporary or long term storage needs!!

Very nice staff, very affordable and easy to access units that handled my belongings without issue. Had one payment dispute which was handled without any problems at all in the end and they definitely went the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care. Much recommended

Lisa and all her staff are excellent! I think of them as friends. I have both a storage unit and rv stored with Bell Air. Brian even helped me fix my rv so I could move it over to storage, above and beyond. I am not in the area so they have made sure my rv was covered and secured in the weather. I am so grateful. Very flexible with my moving in and changing storage sizes. The rates are excellent. Lisa always returns my calls and has great communication. I don't have to worry because I know that everything is safe and secure. They have a big parking lot if you need to unload a van, provide carts, and have wide hallways to easily manuver all your stuff. The facility is very clean and they sell storage boxes etc. which is very convenient. There is very little real customer service in todays world outside of scripted sales and paltitudes but Bell Air staff are truly real people who care about their jobs and community. I highly recommend them.

Bell Air storage and Lisa are amazing. The storage fair priced and easy to access but the people there are amazing! Big shout out to Lisa for all her help, I rented a 10x10 for 5 years and would use them again in a heartbeat!

I cannot emphasize enough how much this place has improved over the last few years since the new owners took over the storage facilities now known as Bell Air Storage. The facilities are extremely clean, they have upgraded the lighting almost everywhere so it is now bright, and they have painted inside and out to give it a great fresh look. They have added some cool commercial customers and have an event center available for rent. It really is a great place for climate controlled storage, and the people are extremely helpful, courteous, and friendly. You will feel like family.
