Highly disappointed with the service, have tried calling several times to set up am appointment but get no response. Honestly thinking about diy hrt as it is easier then trying to use a place that "supports" when they feel like it.

I do not know what's going on but the last since they let go mrs Cynthia and Samantha it has been hell they do not pay your bill on time do return calls or emails and bill medical has been suspended multiple times this is people's lives what is the issue with these people

They are really inefficient and Mikel Washington is not a good Patient Navigator. Austin, TX does it better. If anyone knows any other companies I can get my care from please let me know. They need to do better in Fort Worth.

AIDS Outreach Center (AOC) was founded in 1986 by volunteers to help HIV+ individuals in Fort Worth deal with end of life issues. Today, AOC stands as the largest 501(c)3 non-profit AIDS service organization in Tarrant County in the fight against HIV.
Through an approach of outreach, prevention and community information programs, AOC educates the public about HIV prevention while offering free and/or low-cost services to HIV+ individuals and their families.
