My brother has been in the hospital for 5 days through the holidays. Finally, he can come home and all he needs is an oxygen tank. Hour and hours of waiting no call. So I call Aerocare customer service and after 25 minutes I get a person. He drops my call. Doesn't call back. Can it get any worse for a first impression!! Yes, I called back and they dropped me AGAIN!! Finally, get through and no help. It's the holiday season so we are behind. No, that is not an excuse. Staff up so you are ready. It is now just before 5 PM when the office quits taking calls. Trying to get my brother home. They took my call and purposely put me on hold till after hours to avoid helping us. Office closed call back tomorrow.6 PM still waiting, no contact. Person finally showed up. Suppose to call 30 minutes prior. No call. I am the care giver andwas there in 10 minutes. The little Aerocare van was pulling out of the parking lot as I entered. No training on equipment. Lost contents of one tank until I finally fidured it out.

Had a snag in delivered product and problem was addressed and exchanged in 2 days. Absolutely no runaround! Helpful and kind phone people.

I was scheduled for a class when I picked up my new bipap machine. My son talked to them and explained that I had been using a bipap already and didn't need the class. They very graciously found out what mask would be best for me, gave me the mask and machine and let me leave reassuring me I could call anytime if I needed any help.That really helped as I am 79 years old and a rare disease I have was making me not feel very well.Everyone working there was very friendly, kind and helpful.

Great experience today. Cindi was very knowledgeable and great at explaining the new CPAP machine. She didn’t rush and also answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this facility to friends and family.

My insurance has picked this company at the beginning they had told me that it would be $9.95 per month. Once I agreed to it, they jacked the price up to like $19.95. I had asked them what had happen and no one can tell me. I took out a 10 month lease in which I was tired of them all billing. In March I asked the guy on the phone if I could pay in full and also told them to not to contact me from month to month as my dad passed away and I had enough cpap supplies to last me a while. However every month like clock work they continue to call me. I continue to get a bill every month and when I call in and tell them I have paid it off they say they will look into it and someone will call me. Yet no one has ever returned my call. It seems like all this company is after is money.

I've had great service thus far. I have no complaints. The tech is very good, answers your questions and gives you tips on getting a better night's sleep. I appreciate him.

Megan was extremely helpful. Suggested a new type of mask and let me try them on using my bipap machine. I wish I had received the level of service I got from Megan when I first picked up my bipap machine. Megan was terrific. I hope my new type of mask works well for me.

Thhe class was very informative, even for someone who has had a CPAC machine for a number of years. The instrustor was very hands-on and made sure each client fully understand all the dynamics and landscape of our machines. She was very helpful and patient. Great session all around.

Adapthealth Staff and the Technician name Don did an outstanding job. I received the CPAP Machine in a timely matter. Quicker than I thought. I truly can say, you all are great. I truly appreciate everything you all did.

Joshua was a very nice and polite young man. Turns out that I did something wrong hooking up my tubing. He did not make me feel silly. He demonstrated the right way to hook everything up. I appreciated that.

I am very disappointed in the customer service related to new machine pick up this morning at 2816 se loop 820. This is our second machine so I did not need a lesson on set up. I was told that we could get a mask fitting when we set up the appointment. I told them we had problems with my son's mask. That was not the case at all. I called the adept compliance team after the appointment and got all the information I need. Very helpful group. They are sending me free mask to try plus a heated hose. Very nice and concerned person. The rep this morning at 2816 South East loop 820 was a horrible representative. My son was in tears by the time we got to the car. It was a very difficult morning. I just hope she understands the seriousness of this and takes the time to search herself to find a way to have better customer service etiquette. I could not tell her what I wanted to because my son was with me. So, miss, you will never speak to me or my son in a disprectul way!!!

Very patient with the group. It takes a special person to cover the information with 5 people at the same time when some were electronically challenged. I will say that I did enjoy the session. Good job!!!
