Adam and his team are all wonderful very caring and helpful people. This is our second year working with Adam for both personal and business taxes. I met with Adam for an initial consultation to discuss my business and learn how he could help! He tactfully dissected my scattered quickbooks account and was able to give me simple, actionable steps to get everything that was out of place from last year back in order. He shared his expertise right away and made sure that I benefited from the consultation while not feeling criticized. We discussed what having a full service accountant would look like and at what point that it would be beneficial for my business. Adam also made sure I felt confident with filing my taxes and offered to help if I got stuck. I’m happy he didn’t push any services that my business wasn’t in a place to afford yet and I left feeling more confident about my books. I will definitely be using him in the future as my business grows.

Adam has dedicated his career to helping small business owners like myself. He is strategic, thoughtful, and helpful when working through difficult problems and when working through tax issues. Not a good experience. Made several costly errors including filing incorrect forms and failure to apply appropriate deductions. The office is terribly disorganized and lost tax forms in the process due to their portal failure. Now having to pay another company to fix their mistakes. Do not recommend.

After scheduling an appointment via email 2.5 weeks ago, I received an email less than three hours prior to my scheduled appointment letting me know the appointment was cancelled. (So much for scheduling childcare to make the appointment!)The email states: "We’ve been trying to contact you but have been unsuccessful. After careful thought, we have decided to not go through with our scheduled meeting... As a business, we decided to not focus on personal returns as we are usually busy with business returns and monthly accounting." I was not contacted via email until I received the cancellation email and apparently I was supposed to know that a Rhome, TX number that did not leave a voicemail and that did not match any posted number on the CPA's website was in fact someone reaching out to me about my appointment -- I'm still guessing that this was the "contact" referenced above.The prior Google reviews definitely made me think that this place wanted small business owners' business and had great customer service. But as you can see from the above email, they apparently have so much business that no new business is really needed (great for them, not for you!) and definitely not if you're interested in them helping with your personal tax return, even within the context of your business (such as an LLC).Follow-up: I did receive a phone call from the owner apologizing for miscommunication between him and his staff. I gave them an additional star since I do appreciate the follow-up call.

Great CPA. I went through several cpa’s before i found Adam. Stays on top of deadlines. Helped me set up llc, worked with tax issues. Office support is excellent. Everyone gets back to you in very timely manner.
